Dry-boozy artistic oriental
Testing a small sample. The opening is dry-woody and boozy, very boozy. Apparently it's tequila! I quickly smell incense, little bit of cinnamon and rose. Vanilla tries to get through but tequila keeps it in check, so it's not too sweet. Sometimes 'lipsticky'..tobacco, is not in it according to note breakdown, yet I occasionally observe sweet, wet tobacco. Very 'artistic' scent, I wonder how it will develop further!

Beautiful ambery gourmand
Testing indifférence Tujoué (day 4 of my ambery discovery journey).
So delicious this one! Opens with benzoin and something slightly fruity (pear and mandarin?), cheerful and welcoming, like a hug. Then unfolds a robust yet elegant cloud of amber and sandalwood, with the occasional rose. Drydown is vanilla and Tonka-beaney. So beautiful! A powerful lady, won't leave you 'indifferent'

Dreamy, airy and cheerful
Butterfly Mind
Cherry blossom on top, something fruity and exotic in the middle. Buttery-nutty occasionally blows by (hazelnut leaves?). And light cherry (just a touch) with musk in the base. Fluffy, airy, transparent and tender. Reminds me of Roja Elixir Essence and Russian 'zefir' (traditional marshmallow-like sweet). You are sitting under Sakura tree somewhere in Japan. You wear a light pink silk dress, you write haiku while taking a sip of Ba My Dan white tea, from a fragile porcelain cup. Light spring breeze blows gently through your loose hair and you enjoy the first rays of the morning sun on your cheek.
She is beautiful

Sharp rubber-gasoline...
All I can smell, sadly for me (as I’ve anticipated so much different fragrance) is a sharp, chemical, burnt rubber. After about an hour it calms down a bit and to my nose it turns into gasoline scent, which I don’t like either. I’m new to perfume world and just sharing my impression based on one test. So many noses, so many perceptions I guess...

Expensive Hermès leather saddle, gone with the wind...
A many milliondollar-worth, gorgeous Arabian horse (called Osmanthus of course) have been meticulously groomed all day to prepare for the contest. He has been washed with apricot-scented precious tea, specially purchased in Yunnan for this purpose. And his hair have been washed with hand-made freesia shampoo too. He just got the most expensive cognac-coloured Hermes saddle on. And before you could even smell it, off he went, disappearing like a dream that has started so nice, you wish it could last. All you remember is his gentle, soft, velvety nose. But it was just a dream, you wonder if it even ever existed...
