Le précieux toilet stone
Hmmm you extraordinary fragrance in an extraordinary bottle. I've tried it really often with you, over and over again but that with us is nothing.
Everything starts with a sweet prelude of vanilla, sandalwood and pink pepper. So far, so good and even quite pleasant and soft. In conjunction with the lily of the valley and the heliotrope and certainly more white flowers. Really not bad. In the room, the scent sits well. But when I smell closer to my skin, this pungent, pungent aldehyde note jumps out at me. Help! That's supposed to be the metallic thing about Métallique I guess. It's not a bad idea. No, it's even really unusual, interesting and good. But in my nose, it couldn't quite fit. Now I've been smelling sweet, flowery toilet stone for days, which is in some toilet in the swimming pool and my colleagues ask me where this scent comes from. Oh man, that sounds kind of creepy, doesn't it? It's not as bad as it sounds though. Not all toilet stones are the same. Métallique is more like a really nice .... Toilet stone. It definitely goes from bad to worse. I just can't quite get my head around it unfortunately because I feel like I smell funny and people stay away from me. Otherwise a great idea and it might smell really good on others

Soapy flower bouquet in pure seduction
Association: It's 7 pm. I come from an abstract vernissage and walk up the stairs to my beautiful modern rooftop apartment. The orange-red glowing evening sun is lolling against the white walls of my light-flooded large penthouse apartment. I slowly pull the hair band out of my hair and finally arrive. On my way to my office, I catch sight of a large colorful and ostentatious bouquet of flowers. Inside the bouquet is a small letter made of elegant handmade paper that reads, "Bonsoir mon amour, take a relaxing bath and then put on an elegant black dress. Meet me at 9pm at the bar where we met."
I run a bath and add a soapy, sudsy fragrance oil that my fiancée brought me from Paris last week. I lie nestled in the feminine-scented bubble bath and close my eyes. The evening sun gently kisses my skin. I let the day pass me by once more. I feel a tingle, a slight excitement, euphoria. I finally see him again. I play with my hair and think of my lover and drift off. Daydreaming. Evening reverie. My exciting love story. It feels mysterious and seductive. Almost a little forbidden. I open my eyes and stand in the dressing room. In front of me hangs a black figure-hugging dress, elegant, sexy. It shows a little skin but not too much. All within the bounds of elegance. I go to my small cosmetic table and resolutely reach for L'interdit. I spray it on my warm skin with abandon. It melts into my body scent, into my skin, into my soul. A seductive aura surrounds me, so mysterious, so feminine, so sexy. That's exactly what I need today. That's exactly what he needs today.

L'interdit is a beautiful soapy floral scented perfume. The combination of orange blossom, tuberose and poppy creates a great harmonic and exceptional warmth and the patchouli note is also very pleasant. I also detect jasmine. Not too much, not too little, just right. The longevity is good to very good and the scent works its way into the skin nicely. Definitely love at first smell!

More is more and sometimes too much
"Flowerbomb", the name says it all. Only it's a bomb in my eyes, threatening to burst soon with heaviness and sweetness. Where are the flowers? They're hiding under a gourmand, sticky, heavy blanket! This scent literally screams to me, "OMG I am soooo popular, you must have sniffed me. Every woman digs me and I turn men's heads, I'm soooo sexy and feminine!" But for me, this fragrance is just too loud, too much and not sensual at all. There's nothing mysterious about it, it's just there and it's a bit too much for me with its presence. And that with my life motto "more is more" :D. What I have to hand it though is its bergamot combined with black tea. That's a nice combination and the scent unfolds after half an hour also a bit in another direction. Other than that though, I can't understand the hype. For me, this perfume is on the same track as Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier and La vie est belle by Lancome. These are those top 3 famous fragrances that everyone knows and everyone absolutely has to know .... unfairly in my opinion, because there are many more fragrances on the market that deliver a beautiful, unique, mysterious performance and aren't even remotely as well known as this one. And these don't even have to be the beautiful niche scents. But that's what makes these scents unique, too. So my conclusion is Flowerbomb, I'm not a fan, but I don't want to hate either. After all, it always depends on how a fragrance develops on the skin. And it can smell divine on another skin. Just you and I don't match and that's totally fine :)

Masterpiece
I don't know how they do it but Narciso Rodriguez fragrances always have that certain something, that DNA, that extraordinary yet pleasant touch. Maybe it's the musk, or a special kind of musk paired with white flowers. It is clear that the manufacturers indicate other fragrance notes than they are actually present in the perfume, that usually remains a secret. But here is still something mysterious in it.... Somehow I detect a woodruff note and the plum also makes an appearance. But it's not a sour plum. More like an overripe plum, but one that prefers to linger in the background. The scent is soft, sweet, powdery yet light. The longevity could be better and when you spray the scent on it's not a boom in your face scent but more of a light, silky veil that lays gently over your skin.... a bit like being nestled in a soft cloud. Totally interesting, not ordinary, super nice wearable, sexy, classy, elegant but not too extremely elegant. Simply a masterpiece! And it is a perfume without a lot of frills so actually under the motto "less is more" but please do not misunderstand, he is anything but inconspicuous. It is rather the aura that surrounds you when you wear Narciso Rodriguez Musc Noir

Meditation at the waterfall in a tropical forest
The name "Zen" really sums it up.

I have rarely smelled a fragrance that has so many facets and that makes you feel like you are in another world right away.
When I first encountered this fragrance at Lafayette, it seemed kind of slightly powdery with some other note (which it is in definitely not). After sleeping on it for a few nights, I knew I needed this scent, it's kind of mysterious. A few subway stops later I had it in my hand and it smelled completely different again.... gOOD different.... EXTREMELY GOOD different. It's tangy and fresh but in an elegant way. It's fruity but with this bergamot in the head, this fruity combines totally harmoniously and smells very high quality and not artificial at all. AND what I find super exciting is this gold note that I detect. I don't know if gold even has a real perceptible scent of its own. At least, that's how I imagine the scent of gold.
When I close my eyes and sniff Zen, I see very clearly a rippling waterfall in a tropical, warm rainforest. All is right with the world. There is a certain harmony. The little birds chirp and gently call me to meditate. Zen is truly unique and beautiful. I wouldn't use too much of this or the scent will go in an exhausting direction but well dosed it is simply heavenly.

Noble, harmonious, meditative. That is Zen
