Confusing
First test (2 sprays on a paper towel): disgusting, smelled like death in an unsexy way. Since I blind bought this like the noob that I am, I am trying to make it work. Today I sprayed it on my actual skin. It's much better on skin than on paper, thank christ. The ginger, citrus and pepper is there at the opening and then it gives way to rose vase water (as another reviewer pointed out). I am waiting for the middle rose note to give way to the base notes, which are much more my preference.

I don't like this on myself so far but I can see an interesting man wear this. The kind of guy who isn't afraid of wearing a typically femme note like rose.

One of my signatures
I've had a bottle of this for like, 10+ years. I smelled it in Saks and put it on my Christmas wishlist. This review is based off of that bottle, so time is a factor here (I see the reviews of this are from 2012). The sweetness has definitely come out more. The white floral is still there obviously but I just get creamy sweetness that's not childish. Nose to the bottle there is no alcoholic/acetone scent, just white floral sweetness.

I like using this as a base for more citrusy fragrances, like ELDO Cologne, to give it a kick. Overall this is a great every day perfume and nice for layering. I AM a "big white floral" person. Jasmine is my favorite note.

Iconic 2000s
I smell this and think of Paris Hilton in a pink juicy couture tracksuit. Which, is inarguably an iconic aesthetic, but it's not for everyone. This scent is pure camp. All I smell is marshmallows, like the marshmallow note from Replica By the Fireplace. Almost sickly sweet but it never crosses the line into nausea inducing.

I picked this bottle up for $8 and I think its limited edition because the pink stripes are flecked with holographic "glitter" (not actual glitter thank god), so that really adds to why I'm pleased with the purchase, even if the scent isn't "me."

I'd say purchase this if you love a straight up sweet fragrance and/or you like layering fragrances. I can take down the marshmallow when I mix this with ELDO Cologne. I assume other fresh citrusy/orangey fragrances would work as well.

staple in my collection
I've been wearing this on and off since I was 15. I used to layer it with Cashmere Mist to bring out the creaminess. Pour femme is a "fresh" scent somehow despite being a woodsy floral and slightly creamy. A lot of people seem to associate it with their moms but to me this reminds me of being a teenager/my early 20s (I guess because my mom wears D&G the One).

Deep and sexy
I am obsessed but I love patchouli and jasmine--which is why I bought a tester of this in the first place. It's true to its' name. I've been saving this for when I am going to be doing "biblical" activities. It's musky with a sensual jasmine. No sweetness at all which makes this less feminine. Obviously if you hate white florals and patchouli (two notes that cause a lot of controversy I guess), you will hate this.
