Everyone who deals with perfumes knows Drakkar Noir or has at least heard of it. A cheapy from the 80s . Fresh, Fouger classic barbershop in my eyes with a certain spice. From Heutiger point of view quite old-fashioned but somehow then again timeless ... With the Orginal Drakkar from the 70s has the Intense quite little to do and probably also from a financial point of view, the Intense is oriented more to the big brother from the 80s. The DNA is clearly recognizable. However, less obtrusive. Something dignified more modern halt .
I'm honest I have with the Orginal at the beginning could not start much it was me too "hard" to "in your face" this shaving cream DNA has somehow smelled like so nen old leich musty bathroom where someone had just showered and then shaved. I must say, however, that I miss exactly THAT with the Intense again ... it does not have this "Punsh" it is there in the background quasi as a foundation but then much warmer, woody has ne slight Booziness ... For the fall and winter certainly TOP! For the summer but would still prefer the orginal because it simply has this slightly dirty barbershop Punsh ... which is now really grown to my heart !

The performance is solid ! For the price you can not complain and me the time when a bischeb air in the bottle is there will mature again ... for fans of the original certainly worth a try and for all those looking for a modern perfume with vintage touch also the right!
2023 is anyway the year of the "Elixir" xD everyone comes with a stronger more intense version around the corner as a vintage fan I like that ! YSL I look at you ! Where is the Kouros Intense/Elixir ...

Royal Power has a very nice floral character ... do not ask me where that comes from, because there are not many floral notes in the pyramid (actually none) but for me he richt relatively floral ... one of the lighter fragrances of HFC ...

The fragrance gets a very nice elegant kind of the Dry Down then significantly deeper, darker and drier. Since he is the name "Royal" already justified

As for the shelf life you get there a good 8 hours ... as you are accustomed to HFC ... only the silage is not really strong ...

Black Orris is now the 3rd perfume what I test from HFC and it is the best so far ...
Durability and sillage are as usual with HFC above average
Compared to Or Noir, the scent is less creamy and compared to Sword Dancer you do not have this medical beigeruch ... Black Orris smells for me in the first line, warm, woody spicy almost like cinnamon apple but not too sweet! For me just right and also not too Fugier artig as for example Noir Extrem of TF. Black Orris envelops you with something so beautiful warm woody that you can wear it best on cold days. However, the lavender, lemon and cistus bring a little tanginess in it so that you can actually wear it all year round only in the summer at over 30 degrees he will have a hard time ... I think even if this is a men's fragrance can be worn by women ..

Sword Dancer smells already hard resinous ... like burning fir branches that spray their scent in the smoke ... rather dry ...
Brutal long shelf life and already a heavy sillage, for me he smells a little too medicinal ... as if I rubbed with Vaporup of Wick ... ok the comparison is perhaps a little exaggerated but in principle it meets the scent quite well ... the rum makes him smell slightly sour ... overall already very masculine and woody / resinous ... dry, and smoky ... like a campfire but with lots of conifers ... which stands out ! And lets you grow chest hair ...

The fragrance has something warm calm in itself ...but then again something woody spicy but not as moist and in your face as with Encre Noir but rather dignified and slightly creamy.
