breezy
The fennel and ambrette seed are the most prominent notes for me, with a bit of algae to remind you of the aquatic theme. There's something slightly herbal in the opening, too.
Overall the effect is creamy but with a bit of sharpness to it, would be nice accompanied by a fresh breeze while walking on the pier. I don't get any flowers, it's not a sweet perfume to me and the tiny tiny bit of marine cologne I'm getting makes this solidly unisex.

not much vanilla
The vanilla is there but faint in the background, adds a little bit of nice creaminess but that's it. More of a mix of spices culminating in strong potpourri. It's almost soapy, but calms down eventually and brings a bit more vanilla forward. I'm sure I smelled this as a candle in IKEA ages ago.
what it says on the tin
Yep. That's ISO-E Super. It's warm, it's woody... I like it. Sillage was very very gentle lol, but it's nice to have this note in oil form.
I enjoyed it as a layering note as well as by itself; when I used it to layer it worked with most of Alkemia's catalogue; loved it with their greens and gourmands, less so with their fruity scents.

delicate
This was straight-up sweet vanilla, no florals or frankincense to me. Has a similar kind of vanilla note to Eau Duelle or Addict. I found it had very low sillage, but it did stick around at least. Used up my sample as a layering note as it was so gentle - it worked really nicely over most fragrances, however for layering and/or a vanilla frag I'll continue looking.
Really nice tropical scent
Liked this one a fair bit. Alkemia's vanilla is nice and creamy but sometimes goes candley on my skin, so I used my sample up as a hair fragrance. The frangipani was indistinct, but added a bit of fresh sweetness. Loved the coconut note - really smelt like a freshly opened coconut, one you scoop out with a spoon.
Gentler sillage than other Alkemia oils IMO but that's just how it goes sometimes.
