The first hour or so I'm reminded of Davidoff's Good Life which is a definite Spring and Summer scent.

It starts off green and figgy though I don't see fig in the notes list.

The middle life turns to cypress and vetiver.

I have to give this a few more wearing to better describe the tail end of Wood Essence.

This is Manly and easy to over apply, if you're not careful.

It was released in the 80s but gives off some strong 70s vibes.

Younger men will probably pass and, in no way, would a girlie girl try this on.

I love this, from the very start you get a nice, tangy vetiver that is smoothed out by the milk note.
This is a definite Spring thru Fall fragrance that is not too sweet and can be worn by a large portion of the populace, age and gender-wise.

Not like Varvatos' first release but in the same area, dark, sweet but doesn't project or hang around.
I love it, Apple and coffee are a lot more noticeable than the leather.
Cooler weather and evening no-brainer for nicer casual events.

it took another wearing for me to get a better idea of what this offered, after wearing it for about two hours I was finally struck by the scent when a breeze came up behind me.

Beautiful, so when I looked it up again on here and another scent website I was surprised to see it rated it so low. Then I thought about the manufacturer, the brand, I get the feeling it's rated lower because of the high price.
