Note pyramid is not what I'm getting
This is crazy, on initial spray I get a white floral aroma, yet no such notes are listed, just rose. I just recently got this and have only "sampled" sprayed on two different days.
Again, at the end life I'm getting something that is not listed, a beautiful vetiver! As it dies down this scent reminds me of a greater version of Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver.
Yes, at first it is DEFINITELY feminine.
It sort of turned me off, the first time I wore it I had to go out so I ended up washing it off before going out, not allowing it to evolve.
The second application, on an evening, was right before going to sleep. About six hours later upon waking up, wow, what a beautiful scent.
So, in closing..........if you are willing to put up with a feminine floral scent for an hour or so, give it a try.

More "day" than "night"..........
Greetings reader, first I have to say.....Wow!
What a surprise, not expecting this.
Great, beautiful and sort of a rollercoaster.
For the prices I see it going for on ebay, it is a "diamond in the rough" type of scent.
Upon initial application and for about the first 2-3 hours I get a deep/dark blood orange non-synthetic aroma. For the first few hours I'm thinking, "didn't they first test wear this before releasing it as a so-called night scent?" For the first 2-3 hours it seems like a Perry Ellis Summer edition for warm bright sunshiny days.
Then it morphs into a more mature gentleman's scent, a little oak-mossy/light musk with hints of a geranium and cedar. That mixture had me thinking tobacco?
Finally the drydown comes down to a simple light musk and citrus concoction, it reminded me of Stetson's Fresh.
We all know smell is subjective, so I can see the previous reviewers walking away with varied thoughts.
To me though it just seems so much deeper and faceted than I was expecting.

Not so SPORTY
This is a bit too "creamy" for me to be considered a "sport" scent.
Really nice but the Tonka and Vanilla, for me, seems rather prominent, more so than citrus.
When I think sport I think aldehydes, citrus, marine/aquatic notes.....which I detect yet not getting past the vanilla/Tonka blend.
Again, this is really nice but not the kind I think of applying on HOT days, I just happened to wear it today on a cooler than usual day under overcast skies.
It definitely has the Allure background, just a bit too heavy.

If you are no fan of the original then give this baby a try, the flint is not in sight and the spiciness is toned down and the orange-ness is awesome!
So cool and perfect for HOT weather.
Not snobby and not gutter either, you'll notice nostrils flaring trying to take this in.
