But in the best possible way

But let's start over.
I was an altar boy once.
And yet I hate the church and the worship service and am an atheist deep in my heart.
I have always been of the opinion that religion and the church are so outdated.
Fortunately, this scent does not remind me of the church in my village and of old pensioners who look grim and pray well every Sunday.

Rather, it transports me to the moments on vacation when my mother wanted to visit a church.
I just went along without really wanting to. But the buildings were always impressive and so filigree decorated.

This fragrance is not musty and also not pure incense.
It is rather like standing in a huge, handsome church, flanked by antique wooden benches and under your feet you feel the cool marble floor.
A man who looks like he's from the last century plays the organ:
"Toccata and Fugue in D minor"
It's dark at the front of the altar.
Then the priest steps forward and waves the glowing incense.
This mystique heats up the whole room
And you are in the middle of it.

Unsuspectingly, I have tested this masterpiece.

It went something like this:

Now I had to test the scent too.
I sprayed and sniffed carefully.
Oh wow! An immense cloud of scent surprises me.
Warm, musty and so horny, I want to bathe in it
The smell is addictive
Never had that that I could not stop sniffing my arm!

Sure there are scents you like, but this is a different league!
A subtle noble sweetness, then the musk and cinnamon. Spicy, like incense, only better, because incense is not really mine actually

This is an ecological experience with sex appeal

A bottle is unfortunately too expensive for me, but this sample, I will keep rubbing my nose in it until my bottling is there and my suffering has come to an end.

Kind of takes getting used to and not for every day.
It smells like the day you take out a piece of clothing from the past, put it on and think back to that time. Like a smell you can never forget. Like it or not!

This is a warm fragrance that envelops you and treats you like a lady, even though you are not yet one.
You stole your mother's perfume!

What next?

I recently ordered a bottling.
Oh and it was such a surprising moment when I realized how great this fragrance is.

So I sprayed it on, thought nothing of it
The evaluations had been good, but I also knew that my nose sometimes does not sympathize with the other noses.
And how happy I was when a very fine, elegant fragrance streamed into my nose!
Even my sister, who is not usually interested in perfume, was fond of it
"Smells so noble," she said
(And not at all old-fashioned!;
I'm only 20, so I'm a little critical of that)

Don't push it, he doesn't need to.
Very elegantly some musk and neroli, but I did not know yet that I could like these scents as much as I do with this fragrance here.
Chapeau Chanel!

The original scent left me unimpressed, because Mon Guerlain always seemed too mainstream, too boring and replaceable. In addition, there was also the durability, which left much to be desired!

When the Intense version was released, I was happy, became curious again and have not been disappointed.
Mon Guerlain Intense looks much more noble and mature than the original.
The scent is sweet and warm, but quite mature and it smells expensive!
A bit like an evening at the theatre, where only upscale guests appear.
There is sparkling wine and the scent of the sweet and obtrusive perfume of the actors mixes with that of the somewhat older ladies, who all wear Chanel or similar.

The shelf life is excellent.
