I always try so hard to keep my thoughts short, because all I want to say is:
Between fresh curd soap and resin on the hands.
Between the ground and shoes, the cold leaves, the damp earth, dead rock.
In a suit through the silent forest in the middle of the night. Incense, tobacco, silence.
It's not cold enough to freeze, but cool enough to think clearly.

One moment you smell Terre d'Hermès, the next you smell Cacharel pour l'Homme.
Then everything is different again.
Frankincense wherever you smell.
Cedar wood and tobacco, make the fragrance very masculine.
Fougère Platine is not sweet, not pleasing, not always understandable for outsiders.
Related to Fougère d'Argent, but not so easily charming.
At least not at first glance.
Fougère Platine is more direct, woody, smokier than its brother. Fougère d'Argent never takes his suit off.
Fougère Platine sometimes looks better in it.
Instead of lavender there is wood and incense.
I like them both.

Despite my inexperience with Lalique fragrances, I am writing a comment on this one. Let's go.

At the beginning you can smell >br />
Melon, which however is sourly fruity like rhubarb, but without rhubarb.
Then some jasmine, some musk
You sit on the mat and you eat fruit.
Or do you rather walk through an orchard ?
Or is it a summer afternoon and you are served fruit salad for dessert?
Anyway, it is clear that this is not just about melon. It's much more a combination of several fruits, all dripping juicy.
He doesn't seem powdery to me
The initial effervescence of the fruit components changes over time into a soft, musky fragrance for women.

I'm fascinated
At first I was unsure, because the combination of mirabelle plum and tobacco sounds strange at first.
Both components can be perceived to the same extent.
Due to the mirabelle, the fragrance has something slightly sweet and fruity.
The tobacco gives the fragrance a certain spiciness and smokiness.
I've never smelled anything like it
Like the commentator below me, I would also classify him more into the summer
But he would also fit into the autumn.
Very comfortable to wear.
It's not obvious, but you notice it anyway.
In any case, it is not a typical tobacco scent.
And because of the mirabelle, it can also be worn on warmer days.
I can sign for unisex.

Oh what would the world of fragrances be without Rose-Oud scents?
Imperfect! I agree with that
Nevertheless, I was hesitant here, because Oud has managed several times to trigger the following feelings in me at the same time:
Disgust, contempt and disappointment
The word "Oud" has thus reached the following neural circuitry: "Wash it off before it becomes one with you".
Oud does not do well, but what is it?...
The world of Rose-Oud fragrances opened up to me
So I gave this Dior fragrance a chance here. Nose closed and through! I thought so
But I must confess: Well done.
I don't have to wash it off
Oud is clearly perceptible and yet I like this one. Even the sandalwood doesn't bother me
It's even got some Santal Noir
Sandalwood and rose probably get along well together.

Is Oud Rosewood my favorite scent now?
No, not by a long shot

Is it portable?
Yeah. That is. I see him on women as well as men.
Which you gotta like.
Sandalwood and/or oud scents. Otherwise it is a risky attempt. In my case I was lucky, because nothing stinks or disgusts me here.
But that's up to each person to decide for themselves.

And at the first spraying I was even more sceptical than I am now.
You just have to get used to oud to appreciate it.
Anyway, Rose and Oud are a good combination

Also good is that this fragrance is not as sweet and powerful as Oud Bouquet by Lancome which comes to my mind spontaneously.

What's being served today?
A citric soap with mint leaf cap.
Nerol at its core. Oh how fine!
Someone meant very well by me

I gratefully accept this expensive soap
The more I smell it, the more nuances I recognize: lemon peel, lemon juice, lemon seeds. Haha.
Well, he's not really that lemony.
I like the mint note very much.
Smells very natural and fits perfectly with the rest of the notes. Therefore the fragrance has not only a refreshing effect, but also a cooling one!
You can already guess what I am getting at and what I still have to mention at this point:
The right season: summer is clearly the right time of year. It's oppressive heat. The blazing sun shines on the pool. You jump in, drink a glass of water with lemon and mint leaf. Yes, both at the same time. Then suddenly the heat is bearable. Yes, almost welcome ;)

And the best part: unisex.
Because, as I mentioned in another text, lemons are always unisex.
