to the islands under the wind
not too long ago I have the EdP raised to the status of my favorite companion - - my new signature fragrance -
quasi subsidiary for the EdT described here, which is unfortunately no longer produced and which is simply even more beautiful, even more radiant - - the more fragrant older sister - about which it is here.

On the often incomprehensible practices of the perfume industry - to reformulate the most beautiful perfumes over and over again, in order to present us then a rather more arbitrary creation - more common, the supposedly more general taste adapted -, according to the motto eat or die -, has been addressed here regarding some formerly fantastically composed perfumes yes already relevant.
And as one can also hear here sufficiently, I'm not the only disappointed member who misses this special island wood painfully.
A b e r ........ does not want to say that the EdP is not also a great fragrance, not equal but with the same attributes and just not by chance currently also my preferred companion.

So slowly I notice myself that I very often comment on fragrances that are already no longer or only with difficulty to have.
Be it so! .... they are worth a comment ..... and the infatuation carries yes the heart on the tongue .... :))

---*---*---

The bottle is already a beautiful appearance, the form of noble-modern straightforwardness ...... And while the first sprays pull through my nose -, I perceive this aquatic underpinned fragrance -, the limbic system is literally ad hoc in rapturous excitement ;)) ... and then - - - - I grow wings :p
Henceforth, I believe myself equal to a giant bird with a mild warm wind to soar ......

On ....
over land and sea
to faraway places
to the islands beneath the wind
whose aquatic breeze
the fruit aromas of the southern hemisphere
and the warmth of sun-dried silvery-weathered island wood carries with it ...
to crawl under my wings to my soul ..............

---*---*---

The fragrance begins with the bright fruitiness of citrus top notes - noticeably led by the Mediterranean freshness of tangerines - whose radiance is immediately absorbed into dry warm wood and enveloped by delicate ylang-ylang floral. Through this also quite discreetly a lovely floral Duftaura inserts itself into this community.

It is the mandarins of the top note, according to my research, are largely responsible for this truly noticeable aquatic note and subtly weave in the impression of southern, sea shores.

The seductive base notes with their fine vanilla components provide the final aromatic touch. Their own natural sweetness acts like a delicate veil and is absolutely pleasant and unobtrusive.
The beautiful silvery-light chord, which brings the aquatic happening with it, remains thereby over the entire fragrance course and makes the fragrance experience of the perfume bright, light and fine like a friendly summer day at the sea ..... and that can enjoy male as well as female over at least 6 hours .....

The "synergistic effect" of the rather clear ingredients generates here a fragrance of the extra class -, an elegant marvel of noblesse - - a fragrance with a large wingspan ... ;))

geh´durch´s green longing country ........................................................................................
i wonder again - if it makes sense to write a comment on a perfume that has been taken off the market and that potential buyers can hardly get their hands on.
But what soll´s ..... I must get rid of it now!... :)

It is a perfume - of course - of older provenance - but this fact - after repeated sniffing - makes me forget the quarter of a century it has on its rounded hump, because of the truly pleasant feeling it gives.
And might as well be a green scent of today's taste.

The daily ways I go lead me and my dog now in summer again and again over lush green meadows, past wonderful gardens, through big shady city parks and through light forests.
You can literally grasp this wonderful nature, breathe it into you. When everything around you is truly in the prime of its life - or at the zenith of its beauty - -
The green summer foliage presents itself in all its shades - -
the full inflorescences of summer want to present themselves competitively vain in gardens.

During one of these walks I wore Tendre Poison.
Either nature reinforces and completes the sensation of the perfume or my "delicate poison" intensifies the perception of nature -
For I walked through a green land of longing - -

While in the beginning I am still overwhelmed by the flowers from the gardens bordering the meadow - the green of the nearby forest becomes more and more obvious - -

A gentle wind gently sweeps through the dense canopy of leaves above me, making the rays of the sun dance along the forest path .....
the green-cool air breeze floats around again and again slightly sweetish-flowery swaths -
Along the forest path, which is mainly shaded by beech trees, a small stream flows and accompanies us with its splashing on our way. Weaves a hint of aquatic freshness into the flowery green mood.

The feeling of fresh green purity in a still cool morning flower garden with its nuanced floral opulence would be an adequate interpretation of this beautiful old creation.

And it was only in this small area on the edge of the forest, through which we roamed, that I really became aware of the associations that the delicate green-floral scent carries within it.
If it is a poison, then a pleasurable one - like a good wine, for instance, from whose pleasure one can also get into this easily floating step - -

It's hard for me to tell which sex would suit him best. - For me it is despite official recommendation for the rather female species among us - a perfume to be worn unisex -, which has a reserved Sillage, but a good medium durability.

A green-determined flowery, almost distinguished clean scent with a minimal soap-fresh note, which not only attracts the flying admirers of nature .......... :))

Un Rose de Kandahar ...... Symphony of the flowery-spicy fullness .....
your spice ennobles juicy fruits -
your roses enchant the senses -
with you I drop myself -
on a soft bearing -
from musk and vanilla -

I don't really want to write poetry - - but I'm enchanted again - and more than impressed - -
in this case of a scent of roses!! .....
Rose fragrances ........ actually not my desired fragrance - because they were mostly too flowery, harmless, sweet and boring for me .......

The situation is different with this beautiful rose from the Middle East, which, after I have freed her from her Pentagon, passes on the following to my senses ......

Once you have climbed the few steps out of the slightly musty, earthy cellar with big steps and reached the bright garden, whose splendid roses lean luxuriantly and heavily into the light and, together with its full-bodied fruits, impregnate the air - you are reconciled.
Reconciled with the beginning of this fragrance that could frighten some at the moment .......
I suppose it's the patchouli in the base that pushes itself blatantly into the foreground for my nose right from the start and makes a typical and often described, slightly musty impression.
In agreement with an immediately present citric note, it makes itself a bit important, but also withdraws immediately in this intensity, in order to create a wonderful rounding off later on in this concert ........

First come the apricots - - then the roses ;)

When I enter this garden after the subjectively perceived musty intermezzo - I first smell the ripeness of juicy apricots, mixed with the aroma of cinnamon and almonds, which catch the fruitiness of the fragrance somewhat and round it off gourmandig ......... above all at the same time floats a delicate warm spice -, possibly a little bit of a spice. originating from the tobacco, which weaves itself deliciously, the vetiver and the ethereal oil of special Afghan roses from the province Nangarhar, which according to the description to be read also contributes a certain spicy component with its aroma after spices and plums.

The fantastic interaction of the ingredients listed in the pyramid results in a delicately fruity-powdery, minimal spicy event, in which the weakened patch now takes over the part of the powdery effect, and in which the wonderful roses secretly cavort ......
secretly - - .... because they do not determine the perfume superficially, but carry it in a refined way, giving the fragrance a velvety depth and a very noble aura. - - I also think I hear delicate woody tones in between.

As it were at the end of their virtuoso performance, the actors of this great artefact sink under the influence of subtly sweet ambergris on powdered soft musk vanilla cloud and form a fantastic drydown.
And in contrast to my skeptical attitude towards sweet rose waters, this fragrance never gives the impression of any perfume of this species at any stage.

A creation that is absolutely unisex and becirct in its sillage effect, without being exaggerated, a real announcement.
The shelf life extends from day to night. And with the warmth of summer days/nights, the scent of the fragrance bewitches the user and his environment a bit more, in my opinion.

Andy Tauer is probably not in a position to produce this perfume always in a constant quantity - because the oil of these special roses is not available indefinitely .........
ergo - - should one not be afraid of impoverishment - and should it please -, then bunker purchases are worthwhile ;) :)

for the never-ending fragrance concert of the abundance of lush summer gardens ..... :))
