Puke green apple
I apologize at the outset to all fans of Boss Bottled (Oud) , but I can this fragrance and this DNA purely nothing at all abgewinnen.

In my evaluation are also not even values to sillage and durability, because I did not want to wait until the fragrance is gone. I can not stand him so.
+ Update + He holds easily over 8-9 hours and the sillage is also very strong, he does not go even after the 8th hour in a skin fragrance... unfortunately.

For me, the fragrance comes across -extremely- synthetic and chemically unpleasant. There is nothing natural about the mainly dominant apple-like note, and the other spicy notes (primarily probably those of clove and cinnamon) do not make the mixture any better.

The oud I also do not even perceive beyond that. Everything is just an apple, clove, cinnamon mixture, and that in a very.... yes, really disgusting way. Just totally pappy, pungent, over-sweet synthetic.

Maybe liegts also to the bottling I received, you never know, but overall I doubt it very much.

I will stay away from any Boss fragrances in the future in any case, and unfortunately not only this one contributes to that.

Standout, iconic, non-conformist
Fahrenheit is certainly one of those fragrances that you simply have to experience for yourself and that you only come close to doing justice to with a written description.

Nevertheless, I give you here times my impression with.

Right up front: the infamous gasoline / petroleum note. When I tested the fragrance for the very first time, I also got a relatively protruding petrol note, which clearly shapes the overall initial impression, of course, in addition to the remaining components of the fragrance.

For the rest of the day, in which I could perceive the smell on me, also came now and then the thought "Hm, really very interesting ... but maybe not a little much after all?"

I admit that from the beginning I wanted to like this fragrance very much because of its image and therefore had to be careful not to tell myself anything wrong.

Over the days, two more tests followed.... and the joy and enthusiasm for Fahrenheit slowly but surely set in!

One indeed gets used to the sharpness and loudness that emerges at first, and comes to enjoy the deep olfactory world of the numerous notes hiding behind, which create a very nice, warm, leathery overall result.

Exactly how I perceive the fragrance by now - as pleasant, warm, complex and always with the feeling of just wearing a brand new, high quality leather jacket. Overall, a fragrance that I will almost certainly keep in my collection for many years to come.

----------------

CONCLUSION So: Definitely test it yourself, and if you have a penchant for the general DNA of the fragrance and don't mind smelling very contrary to the contemporaneous fragrance landscape and you have the personality to embody this willingly, don't be put off. For one or two, this can be a real treasure.

Sillage and durability are above average for an EDT. An interesting scent progression is also present in any case; the fragrance becomes softer and opens more with the hours.

Would there be a version with even longer shelf life, that would be the absolute hammer, but if you reach u.U. equal to the large bottles, the price-performance ratio here is also very, very good.

Inspired by DHI, completely thrilled by DHP
Unfortunately, since the perfume variant is nowhere to be tested "in the regular way", like DH or DHI, it was Dior Homme Intense that I was able to test first.

Right from the first immediate impression, I was extraordinarily taken with it. A warm, powdery sweetness that draws you into its spell, like a candy and almond stand at a fair.

Compared to very many other fragrances I tested that day, I immediately thought "I have to have that scent!"; it was simply so compelling, stand-out and inspiring.

But perhaps I rejoiced a little too soon. Because a few hours later, the strong powdery and simply very feminine character of DHI came to bear, which I would never want to have so myself on me.

After a little research, it then emerged that there is still the perfume variant, which should be darker, more masculine and leathery accentuated. So there was still a remaining possibility.

Since it was - as previously described - not possible to test the fragrance elsewhere, I then dared the blind purchase and ordered directly from Dior. And, what to say, the perfume met all expectations and much more!

The perfume embodies the same highly attractive DNA of DHI, but just exactly with a more masculine undertone, which makes it possible that you could not blame any man to smell so.

It is the perfect mix of sweetness and leathery, masculine grounding, which ultimately forms the bow around the overall powdery package.

Durability: easily 12 hours

Sillage: 1.5-2 hours strong, after 4 hours at arm's length, after 6 in the very close environment perceptible, then only a skin scent

SUMMARY: Who also finds Dior Homme Intense very attractive, but (unfortunately) too feminine, will find in Dior Homme perfume greatest pleasure. 10/10 Buy recommendation.

A literal "eau de toilette"
Very ironic considering it is of course an eau de parfum, however in a slightly nasty way Eden Roc could really be said to smell like a more or less standard toilet freshener or toilet fragrance - with a little more depth of scent.

On the plus side, it does indeed smell like seawater, but in the nicest way imaginable.

So if I were on the beach and close to the water, this fragrance would definitely be an apt and good choice, but if you are otherwise not a sailor or sailor and do not have much to do with the sea, at least for me, any reason to wear this fragrance would be missing.

Durability is not enormous, but above average good; in the drydown, the maritime character comes through more and more, but - as I said - in a pleasant and comfortable way.

Otherwise, however, is , as several have already described it here, nothing really stunning or captivating about this fragrance. From a real purchase of the bottle I would therefore rather advise against

Gets better over time
Bright Neroli was a blind purchase for me - and one that I do not regret at all.

Bought it was, because I was seized by the YouTube hype of numerous reviews and he fulfilled the profile, a fresh summer fragrance that you can spray on often regardless of the price.

And that's exactly what he delivers. Neroli through and through, but also with a touch of metallicity, which in itself does not bother, but sets a certain edge.

As for the durability, however, you have to work with a good 6 sprays, so that the fragrance is still noticeable after 5+ hours - which is really great for such a fresh scent!

Now, after well over 7 months, the metallic note has largely evaporated, which makes the fragrance again ne whole corner of higher quality and more expensive! Very very nice.

Since the fragrance is still very inexpensive to have: Full recommendation!
