I think there must be some kind of confussion with this fragrance because of ingredients. It has a lot of herbal aspects in the composition, but not dominates the fragrance. Absolutely fougere in Invasion Barbare way, but if I had to highlight an aspect is the patchouli dominant part. Remember me of that kind of patchouli you can find in Richwood Xerjoff and the lavender parts of Angel men. Not a light fragrance at all even with this presentation, but lighter than his brother Sunshine from the house. There is a clear connection and where Sunshine is vanilla sweet and boozy, Bracken is more formal, classic and elegant patchouli - lavender. Nothing new in this fragrance, although is a new direction in Amouage perfumes. This is not a spectacularly blended and rounded fragrance, a little harsh and headache inducing. I prefer Sunshine for his originality.

What an amazing and shocking fragrance with a silver fizzy musky tones, like tonic water extremely deep and thin. No sign of a floral femenine fragrance after a few minutes, everything turns into a musky metallic mouthwatering thing with a subtle and regal floral background. All in this fragrance is white, brilliant and brave. It´s like a medieval armour. Remember of those fragrances like Montale Black Musk without the weird glue note. Perfect and unique in his rank.

Very interesting vetiver juice. It could be named as "Bigarade concentré vetiver geranium", it has the best of BC, VG and Geranium pour monsier (only the geranium part). Extremely mouthwatering orange start, very natural like a rich orange juice just in the way Bigarade from Malle does. You get the geranium vibe too, in a thin and deep way like Vetiver geranium by Creed does, mixed subtly with the vetiver in a luminous kind. Similar atmosphere that recreated the old terre d´hermes or the current red vetiver by Montale, but nothing mineral here, more of a woody and musky base, and the little hint of violet in the middle I think it just perfect, and rounded the composition. Nothing new or very innovate but seriously done. Don´t think in vetiver here, If you are looking for a fresh orange scent ornate with a golden, sparkling, and bright tones that last longer than an typical orange scent, then give it a try.

This is the most refreshing leather scent that I´ve ever smelled, you get herbal and fizzy aspects rounded with a leathery and animal notes, almost sexual. But I think the best of this fragrance is the concept, it is like a completely new and modern way to smell leather in a fragrance, you are wearing leather, yes, but it´s like you are wearing something with herby and acuatic feel, this is very unique. This is not the first time Geza Schoen refreshes heavy ingredients, he has done masterfully in Clive C. X for example.
The perfume also has a very nostalgic 90´s vibe, it´s like every cheap and manly scents of the nineties mixed together with the most interesting comtemporary niche notes to get a familiar but renewed sensation at the same time. I really appreciate that vibe, really transport you to another time. You feel like home. Comforting, sexy, modern, manly, very inspirational and out of creation standards. Geza Schoen knows how to do it.

Perfect, you can smell every note, nothing harsh or overwhelming, just smooth breeze of tangerine and vanilla vibe with some suede and fizzy aldhehydes rounding the composition between natural sweetness and tangy chypre feelings. After 30 minutes or 1 hour, comes closer to the skin and the leathery aspect takes a glorious leadership, with everything you could smell before but now in the background, and the leather simules how skin can smell luxurious and heavenly for itself. A true masterpiece concept.
Sadly everything goes down too fast, and in three - four hours, become a skin scent without the initial magic.
