It may not be the most popular opinion and for some it may be hard to imagine, but this fragrance has been one of the most complimentary for me, and still is. I got it as a Christmas present in 2018, when (as far as I know) it had not been around for long. I liked it, had a sample first and then wished for Flame for Christmas. The strikingly beautiful bottle shone like a ruby in the light of the Christmas tree. The rest of the winter I wore the orange-sweet, slightly green fireman almost every day. I didn't count how often I was approached, but I have never experienced such an effect with any other fragrance. I thought the whole compliment story about fragrances was wrong. But Eros Flame taught me better. At parties, in everyday life, at a beer with friends, almost everywhere someone commented on my scent. Last year at a Halloween party about 5 girls and one lady buried her nose in my shirt.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to show off or brag here, no, nothing like that.
But there's one thing I don't understand: Why is the scent on YouTube being so badly criticized by a certain perfume influencer? And why is it not so popular otherwise? Maybe some people have had bad experiences with Flame, but it certainly doesn't only work for me. I'm happy with Flame and glad that my bottle is still half full. But I will soon increase it if a reformulation comes so that I am on the vintage side.

I fell in love with this fragrance when I was in about fourth grade. Later I smelled it again and again and bought a small bottle two years ago. Only the name always irritated me a bit. Meanwhile I find it suitable. The scent fits in an airplane, it also fits to a pilot. Nicely dressed, noble, masculine but above all Nightflight smells comfortable to me. Like a pleasant flight on a summer night. The stewardess serves cocktails with pineapple juice, the destination of the journey is something exotic and beautiful. A place to relax and dream.
But to write again about the pilot, somehow I imagine the scent of Frank Abergnale Jr (Leo di Caprio) from "Catch me if you can": Smooth, smart, professional (even if it wasn't ;))

This fresh, mossy-green , woody and a bit aquatic scent fascinates me every time anew. It reminds me of a small pond in our forest, when the wind brushes the fir trees and the fresh and lush moss gently gives way when you walk on it. The dark water has something enchanted, magical. So does Fierce. Reading the fragrance notes, I expected a fresh summer scent with a green twist. But I wondered where the fragrance got this seductive legend status and why it was hyped for years. Two weeks ago I was in Düsseldorf, so in to the store and bought a bottle. Sprayed it on at home and sure enough, there's something indescribable about the scent. It was delightful, I immediately remembered my beautiful homeland, but suddenly there was something else.....Deja Vus and memories in general are powerful factors in our psyche, but paired with musk and that woodsy, dark and "dangerous" masculine-green note of this fragrance, they seem to be a reason for its success. I don't think it's a youth-only fragrance, in my opinion any man can wear this scent and if it continues to be available, it will keep going back into my collection. I don't know the vintage version of course, but the current Fierce is brilliant to me. H+S could be better.
