My grandmother was an ordinary woman. A seamstress. After the birth of 3 children, she helped her husband in the shop, stood faithfully by his side for 60 years. She lovingly cared for 7 grandchildren during the holidays. And because I was her only granddaughter, she always bonded with me behind my grandfather's back against his strict decision - mainly she secretly saved me from thick meat and milk skin at lunch. She just ate it quickly. :)
It never occurred to me (and probably to her) that she would openly oppose her husband.
When my grandfather died, I was already 24 and came to her in the hut. She told me by candlelight that night when she was young, she was in love with a young man and wanted to marry him.
Her parents, however, decided that she should marry another man - a strict, 7 years older gentleman with little hair and lameness. She was unhappy, but after the First World War such weddings were still common... Children came and forgot with them. Grandma is used to it. Only now - after many years - she told me about her first and only love ...
She died in her sleep at the age of 90, as she deserved for her dedication and commitment. And I - if she was still with us, I would very much like to dedicate this extra to her - L'Instant de Guerlain. It smells of honey like the air in her garden, is as smooth as her face and silky soft as her hands. Also surprising, her confession after years...

The fig (I smell closer to citrus notes) and rose are mixed with different types of pepper at the beginning. The peppercorns with cheerful patchouli, which has given up the cellar-modern smell, but gives the sweet rose prickly thorns. The whole composition tastes like sherbet powder, which we drank as children with water instead of fruit juice. I can smell the same effervescent scent a bit in the new perfume from Jul et Mad Stairway To Heaven.

Unsweet iris with fine leather - after the first spray. Then it changes, sweetens slightly and still lets me smell. I get addicted... The female phenomenon is excellent, I wonder how it smells on men?
It picks up while keeping distance. I feel a kind of plastic tone in it that attracts me so much in Ford's Fucking Fabulous. Yet it is Francesca - typical, if untypical. An elegant lady from whom you must keep your distance.

A splendour that turns from patchouli and luxuriously smoky resin-based unisex into sweetness. But not caramels like Hermoso from the same brand... Suddenly, musk and vanilla rose. It reminds me a little bit of the Gentle Fluidity from MFK.
His sillage lasts and lasts... many hours. Like a real extract.

My friend unfortunately does not speak in German, but she agrees to translate her words into German: The fragrance is delicately floral, sweet and sunny, as a pleasant memory.
In the beginning there are intoxicating but unglued strawberries and apricot juice. When heated, the fruity aroma mixes with very light honey and sweet camomile flowers. So that the sweetness is not too much, it is harmoniously balanced with ginger powder. The nostalgic aroma of chamomile herbal tea with a hint of dried apricots remains in the dryness.

The overall tone is summery, optimistic and decidedly feminine. It does not go too far into the room, the endurance is about 4 hours.
