I hate soapy scents in colognes but this one is actually not bad
but I can't say I still like it but can't say I don't like it you that middle ground ;) I guess I do like it after the first 30-1hour

it almost threatens to be sweet but not being(it is a little on my skin after a bit but not on tester strips), non offensive clean fragrance
performance is decent as well

I wish I knew this was a fresh "SOAPY" scent before buying the big bottle :'(
but that is what happens with blind buying from reviews instead of getting testers, (some colognes a tester is not there so blind buy is only option) however I had plenty of options for testers available so again go's to tell you
(TEST FIRST!) soapy scents just are not my thing

however if you like soapy scents this is a really good one that has been done very nicely
I would still ware it if that tells you much, it's like mont blanc individuel without the raspberry fruity sweetness added to it so take those notes away and you got this one

I am revisiting this one after buying it almost a year ago
I do not like the opening so much but let it sit a while and Dang is it GOOD! I can see that ysl blood pumping in this one (No Cardamom again:( yeah I know)
my sister went nut's for this one when I first let her try it, she asked me for a 5ml atomizer and she is very happy waring it yes her not her husband

This is not a safe fragrance! it's really not women love and go bonkers for it or they give you the look that says, if my stare could kill you, you would be killing you right now! of cores it also depends where you are in the cologne fresh application(NOT RECOMMENDED!) dry down (most love!) and by the end to skin is also nice :)

over all I like it not love but close

7.8-of-10 better if there was an edp and better bottle

cheap great reactions just get one (tester) I did buy a whole bottle
but that is why a suggest testers but I do find my self doing it again (full large blind buy's)

I have a vintage bottle, but soap soap soap!!! I hate soap smell's in colognes I really do, but to be fair

I do pick up mint and can see the ceder can see the influnce of the cardamom but not really showing it's self kind hiding while leading the mint in another direction not really into it seems kind of a weird direction theres also a note in there not sure what it is but don't really like it, smells a little bitter don't see watermelon as a note but it has a hint of that out skin cucumber thing going (not sweet) actually out side of the bitter note, it's really not that bad!
it is definitely masculine (Don't ware this ladies!) very fresh out the shower scent
waiting an hour to finish this review for dry down
k it's dryed down to having that watermelon skin/cucumber with ceder still has a slight hint of the mint but really only noticeable if you are looking for it, the bitter thing is gone but slightly threatening to turn a little sweet while not doing it if you know what I mean it's an interesting scent to smell through the notes but don't like to ware this one, or really like it, simply it's not really unique I can think of a few soaps growing up this is very VERY close to(suspicion of cloning those soaps scents)! so nope me no likey!!

you can smell the rose and pepper the whole ride through this fragrance I absolutely love it till it starts driving me nut's wishing it would just go away! thats right it's one of those scents that is wonderful all the way around but only for so long!
if you don't understand let me ex-plane a tactical torch-er device used today and for many years now
it's called Music thats right music! music is used to torch-er people out of buildings by playing the same song over and over and over again to drive some one MAD while some songs we love we would say no way I can listen to this song and do over and over again! well are you really??? 24-7 no brakes even while you sleep walk shop run air-ens talk to friends family every social gathering imaginable during movies sleeping waking up taking a shower wiping your bleeeeeeepp yeah did not think so ;)
well in our fragrances we have things called notes :D its an art like music accept we watch/listen but with our nose to know this one or enjoy it just like watching a movie or listening to our favorite song

this fragrence is a wonderful song but it lingers so long that you just wish it would go away! and while it is a beautiful song or piece of art you can only put up with it for so long before it becomes torch-er!

I am not saying don't get this one I am just saying you have been warned!
however you should absolutely try it it's just don't use it on occasions like a date that is not going to get a brake from you for a long time, while I love this one it is one of those you can only stand for so long before you start wanting to run from it

this is the same as the original edt version but with much better performance D&G did an exceptional job keeping it exactly as it was through the process of making this edp version! so get this one instead of the edt it's better!
price point, it is worth the few extra bucks because the bang per buck weighing the performance factor is cheaper in the long run

so this is noted in the fragrance community as a very safe date fragrance there are very few women that don't like it, some guy's (sorry ladies) call it the panty dropper. but in some cases I do think alot of women are getting use to it and with any thing that gets to common it loses it's touch

I love the smell of this one it's not like a ultra"WoW" factor cologne but I do love it I have more then one bottle of it 3.4 and also thinking of buying the 6.7if that tells you any thing (just because I also like the bottle)
