Powdery compliments catcher
This is my first comment, so don't be mad at me if I don't describe the scent SO expertly. I do my best :`D
For what feels like an eternity, I've been moving around more in the background on parfumo. I like to spend a few hours with reading and browsing until the duties of everyday life catch up with me
What has moved me to write a comment on this fragrance of all things?... Well I had to find out today that it was discontinued. (
Why, why, why I can not really understand. However, I know that he will soon be outrageously expensive, distributed through various platforms.
Now to the fragrance :
Anything can be said about this perfume, but definitely not that it is floral or fruity. Orange blossom, jasmine, amber, cardamom, violet and musk make this powdery composition a soft and cozy, dense blend that does not offend with its splendor and projection. On the contrary, the fragrance lurks on the skin and spreads gently around the wearer, so that it can only be enjoyed by people who come into very close contact with you.
But then you also take him! I myself smell him all day on me.
This is not a fragrance for women who try to provoke sex appeal with flashy sugar bombs , but want to emphasize their femininity skillfully and delicately.
This does not mean that he can not seduce. Quite the opposite ! To me already the one or other person came closer to be able to smell him more clearly :D He is Cuddly.... yes already sensual.
I do not find him masculine... but understand that he is associated for some by the spicy cardamom with men's fragrances.
I can't imagine it on a man, though. Except on mine, after he had me in his arms. : )
So nice and clean, classic and elegant. The color of the bottle suits the fragrance, especially with the subtle pink colored inscription. This Jil has character with recognition value.
Even though Stylessence is not one of my top 5 fragrances, I have not received as many compliments on any other fragrance as I have on this one. I work in the OR and have to hold back a bit on my passion. However, this perfume is accepted and positively recognized. That's saying something...
I prefer to wear it in autumn and winter, because it comes along already powdery. Day or evening ? He always fits !
I still have a small stock ordered and am now also happy.
