Light aldehyde - lemony - musky
A brilliant flanker that brings classic No5 to today's generation with harmony of lemon waft and soft aldehydic edition, without brutal animalic side. Instead of civet, musk delivers a smooth and soothing soapy aerial vibe to it. Splendid young, positive, chic and posh fragrance. The dry down is out of this world.

Musky - vanilla - warm powdery
Not sure about this stuff. The opening gives me a funky bubble gummy spiciness and sticky inferior floral patch that gives me impression of a grandma wearing like a cheerleader but patience is the key. The very dry down proclaims a very sheer and nice musk.

Green - light rosy - fresh spicy
I'm a hardcore tea drinker and not a fan of tea fragrances because tea smell's metallic fishlike smell on my skin annoys me unless it allied with some dark notes. Philtre Ceylan perfectly takes place between hate or love for me, veering to love side.

It's pure fresh like dew on new bloomed garden in early spring, green mentholated, kind of metallic rosy and light spicy. Tea in this cologne has over-realistic feature like dried leaves steamed in a samovar on an afternoon table.

Sparkling - amber - delicious
By far the best A*Men flanker! Charming shiny package, splendid star color, magnificent smell.

The fagrance immediately delivers the air of classic A*Men with hints of syrupy gourmand notes allied to lavender and coffee to spawn a fougère air into an oriental base. Dries down in a brilliant modern fougère and great yummy spicy oriental amber similar to aura of Ambre Sultan in its very base: vanillic and sweet like a warm hug in early morning winter.

I love A*Men series though most of them are not my cup of tea, and I love this one the most not for the thick sparkling and fizzy foggy beginning, but for perfect fougère amber base. Mandatory for fougère fans, for amber fans, and for tonka fans!

Scent
Woody - earthy - powdery green
Though it's a replica of Lalique Encre Noire, trimming Laliques omen intriguing darkenss, Sycomore is a unique earthy vetiver that proclaims the most earthy element of perfumery - vetiver - in a truly divine identity like being in seventh floor of heaven. A weightless touch of aldehyde and violet softly amplify tobacco without any warm or sweet render. Love it badly even with its poor performance.
