Just clean blanket
1. Essentially, it is a clean blanket-like scent that has just finished washing.

2. I think anyone can wear it regardless of gender. This is not in the sense of unisex, but in the sense of asexual. In South Korea, where I live, men actually wear this kind of perfume. Byredo Blanche, Clean Warm Cotton and Cool Cotton, and even Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline...

3. The blanket-like scent gives a clean, neat, and refreshing feeling, but it also gives an unpleasant feeling on rainy or humid days. Probably because musk particles are big and heavy. However, Toy 2, which emphasizes the light and transparent scent of Fruity, has no such disadvantage. Instead, it doesn't feel cozy like a hotel. I also think it suits very young people only.

4. If you want a clean, cute scent, it's a pretty good choice. If you expect more from perfume, it's just so-so.

Grandmother and her cat
1. Bright, light, and airy. Despite it's a little oriental vibe, it's wearable even during warm days. It's also relatively safe in the office.

2. It is safe in the office, but most of the reason is its weak performance. It rarely shows off itself.

3. If you are looking for summer oud perfume as a oud fan, do not put it into consideration. Oud in it is so faint that it can hardly be detected.

4. I myself like Oud Al Sahraa very much. But not for wearing it myself. It just reminds me of a quite old memory. It reminds me of the smell of my grandmother's room, where there was a old-type record player and a cat house.

5. It is not good enough to justify the $80-100 price. I think there is no noticeable difference in quality between the very inexpensive Berdoues 1902 series and the relatively expensive Grands Crus series.

6. It is true that you can find any better pieces in a similar category. For example, if you are a male, I assure that Versace Oud Noir is much better than Oud Al Sahraa.

7. Nevertheless, Oud Al Sahraa has its own value. For me it may be purely personal reason. It is comfortable and stable. It makes me feel like the time I was enjoying the warm sunshine coming through the window with a lazy fat cat.

Addition: I found why this scent reminded me of my grandmother's room. It was the smell of myrrh resin used to expel mosquitoes. A relic of an old tradition that has disappeared in modern society... Unlike today's chemical pesticides, it had little effect on anti-mosquito. Merely my grandmother's cat loved the smell of burning the resin, so he would always lie around there.

A Valentino Uomo Intense clone
A Valentino Uomo Intense clone. Particularly similar vibe like orange chocolate. But VUI's awesome leather scent isn't here. Odyssey has a fluffy iris powder instead. This point is quite a bit similar to Dior Homme Intense, but the beautiful cedar scent of DHI isn't here. Odyssey is a sweet comfortable ambery chocolate, and I can detect cinnamon-like something, which is not in VUI or DHI.

Average performance. It lasts about 4 hours on my skin. What's decisively different from VUI or DHI is that it doesn't work well in cold weather, so it feels like weird plastic vanilla. Especially true at temperatures down to subzero Celsius. I recommend wearing only indoors in winter. It's not something we don't understand given that the producing country of it is a very hot country.

It's not special in that it's already a very familiar fragrance, but it can be said Odyssey is very close to top-notch mainstream fragrances. It is objectively nice dupe in terms of quality, unless too cold or too hot. And the price is very cheap, around $22. I would like to add that this is better than Zara 9.0 at least. I think Odyssey will be the good successor to CDNIM and Craze.

Sexual oriental
It starts with a dirty harsh indolic scent and becomes a sandalwood-like powdery scent. The rose that penetrates the whole is slightly spicy and warm. Not all notes are well mixed. Rather, they are leaning on each other while maintaining a breathtaking tension. Especially it is so when the dirty opening is over and the soft scent with a red rose begins to appear.

I like the tactile expression of this perfume more than the scent that is outwardly. It's not really smoky, but it almost feels like that, but it's not dry and rather mild. In the middle of that cloud, I can suddenly smell the really good sweat glands that are not mine, and honestly, it's not a beautiful scent, but it's true that it has quite a sexual nuance. The sexual nuance that mixes femininity like Montale Roses Musk and masculinity like TF Oud Wood.

I bought it for less than $20, and of course I had to pay a total of about $30 for shipping and taxes, but you might be able to buy it cheaper depending on your location. And Oud Sharqia, while not on the elaborate side, still has incredible uniqueness and boldness at this price point. It would be not good for Oriental fans who like sweet things, but it would be really great for those who like provocative things.

If it had been better performance, I would have rated it 8.5+ without hesitation. It lasts about three hours, but the actual projected time is about an hour. The performance of it is a drawback.

Good, sweet, and... something a bit lacking
It's a good perfume, truly. But I'd like to add a bit of something else to that. Perfect Tobacco is in the same category as PDM Herod, Mancera Red Tobacco, and especially the recently released Montale Aoud Tobacco. They are "sexy perfumes" reminiscent of city lights, fluorescent neon bars, and a seductive night. Also, while not smelling similar, someone might find traces of Spicebomb Extreme or Zara Richwarm on Perfect Tobacco.

What makes Perfect Tobacco different from the others mentioned is, despite its name, it has less tobacco, and also less cherry syrup. Not sticky sweetness. Its sweetness is mostly due to the vanilla cake linked to gourmandy cinnamon, and the overall feel is a bit fluffy (not powdery imo), and the masculinity doesn't reveal much. That point makes it feel more unisex and more comfortable, but at the same time makes it less elegant for men.

Especially because I received Montale Aoud Tobacco three days before receiving it, I was forced to compare the two. It is an unfair comparison because of the difference in price, but compared to Montale, Perfect Tobacco has just a single layer and very simple. Perfect Tobacco is a relatively transparent (not an exact expression, anyway), and its performance is pretty good, but not a type of charismatic. Its drydown resembles a bit like the TF Tobacco Vanille (really a bit), but it's not boozy at all and gives a meek impression. It seems like a boy who tries to imitate "Bad Guy" brother, but doesn't do well. This meek impression may be an advantage, but to me it is considered a kind of lack.

I love all of ST Dupont's Golden Bottle series, and I value this series very much, as others do. But to the last it's something that should be said "for the price", and except for the really good Noble Wood and Rayal Amber, I think the value of them is a bit exaggerated because they are difficult to find. Though still good, of course. I mean, just this series isn't really "niche quality".

If you have Herod, Red Tobacco, or Aoud Tobacco already, you don't need to purchase additional perfumes of the same type. This type is even more so because there are not many days to use in the year. But if you're a beginner to try this type for the first time, Perfect Tobacco can be a good choice. It is pretty decent at the $50 price range, and not for oud fans at all, but for those who like sweet vanilla, it will be a great satisfaction. I also admit that if someone understand Perfect Tobacco as an evolutionary form of gourmand instead of as a sensual oriental, he/she will easily give it a better score than I did.
