I purchased a travel size of Jazz Royale. Removed the cap and took a sniff. No. No. But, I thought I should give it a chance to interact with my skin. Immediately regretted it. It's a strong long lasting perfume and is hard to scrub off. Oriental all the way. People talk about perfume smelling like an "old lady" well, this one fits the bill. I had a flash back to my childhood and seeing one of my grandmothers. She smelled like that. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now. I don't remember the perfume name but I recall that it was a royal blue color glass. I'm older but not THAT old. So, back to a no for this one.

I purchased this a part of a sample pack from Bourbon French Parfums. The bottle and the website spell the name with Z instead of a S. It's definitely a female fragrance. It's a pretty simple fragrance. I think maybe jasmine. I don't pick up on anything else. It's a long lasting perfume.

I purchased VooDoo Love from the Bourbon French Parfum website. It's being tagged as unisex and I agree that it could be used by both. Women with a lot of self confidence can wear it. I find it more on the oriental side. As with all of the Bourbon French Parfums that I've purchased it had a great longevity. If you're not willing to go for the big purchase try buying the travel size fragrances. They're roller ball for dispensing. They also have some smaller bottles of sets that are in the same scent family. That's a great way to try different scents without the financial commitment. I'd say it's only about an ounce and it also has a roller ball. I titled my review as "Dark Lady" because VooDoo Love reminds me of the lyric of "Dark Lady" sang by Cher. Cher sings of smelling her "strange perfume" and the smell wasn't hers. In my mind VooDoo Love could fit the lyric. But, that's not a bad thing.

I purchased this in the roller bottle to try it out. They call it travel size and is currently only $9.00 per fragrance. The perfume does remind me of the magnolia tree blooms that are everywhere in the south US. I don't pick up on anything other than magnolia. It's a sweet perfume but I don't find it to be cloying. The fragrance lasts and lasts so no need for reapplications during the day. I find it to be a female scent.

I purchased Parfums Karmic Hues discovery set. Day 3 of my sampling leads me to this perfume. On first spray I smell mint. Just mint. Nothing else. 4 hours later I don't smell anything on my skin. It could be that I just metabolize the perfume quickly. Definitely a spring or summer scent based on my perception of the mint alone. Would agree that it's unisex. I don't like to apply perfume several times a day so this one is a no for me.
