The aroma of citrus, lavender and mint is refreshing, but also a bit dull. Fresh at the start, with a clear lemon and grapefruit. As soon as temperature goes up it turns into a funky vanilla bomb on my skin.

Decent in terms of quality, but I can't think of any setting in which this fragrance would fit perfectly, or at least better than any other perfume i have. And I'm not used to bottles without sprayer, so it's a splash fest.

A smoky opening that lands gracefully onto a bed of cacao and patchouli, with tea and spice in the background. This is soothing, pure comfort.
It doesn't scream for attention. It's subtle, close to the skin, but it will last all day. Control yourself and resist to respraying. Quality over quantity.
To me this is perfection: Classy, seductive yet modest.

Young and rich in the 90's, luxury over sophistication. A diamond ring. Not big and flashy, though. Elegant yet obviously expensive. Great quality and reliable performance, as you'd expect from a product with the Chanel label.

The opening is a bit strong. Metallic yes, especially on warmer days it is buzzing and a bit overwhelming. After that, the scent becomes comfortable and steady. Can't quite identify any of the notes stated. I'd describe it as aromatic citrus+florals on a woody base.

Although this scent has some mainstream characteristics that some of us seem allergic to, it is not at all bland. Personally, I enjoy the occasional freshy. And this one in particular because it doesn't go sweet or vanilla. There is rose indeed and it has a bit of saltiness for a fun twist. Easy-going and friendly smell with decent longevity.

I'm happy with my free sample and when I see a good discount on this I'll grab a full bottle.

Cardemom, coriander, Helichrysum. Enormous depth and complexity from these well-blended eastern spices. "Curry" comes to mind, but that wouldn't do it justice. Then there is a strong resin and some woods, faint vetiver.

By far the most fascinating scent in my however tiny collection. A true spices and resins adventure, yet way out of my comfort zone. This is too much sophistication for me. How i wish was that bold, intriguing individual that this scent was clearly made for.
