Surf holiday in the south of France
This fragrance has been with me for about 2 years now and I have to admit that I only bought it because it was on sale. Assured scents are actually not really mine, that's why I didn't pay much attention to it after the purchase.

But then last year our summer holiday was coming up and like every year I had to make the difficult decision: which one will be my holiday scent this year? With which scent do I want to be reminded of this holiday when I smell it again later?
And that's when Paradiso caught my eye! Well, with "Paradiso" - "Paradise" I probably rather associate the Maldives or something like that, than a surfing holiday, where we live in the south of France in a small hut and otherwise have almost no luxury around us. But there was the pine as a base note, which finally convinced me to make it THE scent of my holiday 2019. After all, what could be better than a fragrance that contains the scent of the trees that will surround me for two weeks?

Those who have already spent their holidays in the south of France at the Atlantic coast know the special flair of the trees there. And now in retrospect I can say that no scent would have greeted me there better than this one.
This effervescence is so refreshing - just what you need on a hot day. But still I feel a somewhat "heavier" scent, which however gets a very good durability (at least for me). It is sweet, but not sticky. Sparkling, but fortunately not so artificially citrusy. Heavy, but never too much. Just a great and special scent for the summer. But also in spring and autumn I still like to wear it very much, because it generally brightens up the mood and creates a good mood in my environment, which can also perceive it well.

Even though he was actually only a "because on offer" purchase, he has become one of my favourites and carries very fond memories.

When others enjoy the sun...
There are times in life that drag on and drag off. Most of the time you can't get out of situations without finishing them. Like my bachelor's thesis, for example. I was cursed. While all my friends were sitting in the ice cream parlor in early summer, going to the outdoor swimming pool, taking short trips to the sea, I sat in my office 24/7 and felt like I was in my office 24 hours a day, lost between literature and laptop.

But on one day I allowed myself a little free time and rewarded myself with a shopping tour. After countless shops and countless bags with new clothes I passed my favourite perfumery. What could give you more pleasure in such a time than a new fragrance? So I went in and it didn't take long until I had chosen a new gutalaune scent.

The saleswoman was full of energy and tried to introduce me to the common fragrances. But all these new, sweet, sugary sugar bombs were not mine. You know what they are? You mention scents that you like and in the end you are only introduced to the typical mainstream scents. You quickly go from a desired fresh scent to a Paco Rabanne Pure XS, which the saleswoman SUPER likes. No, no... that was not the advice I was looking for. So I made my own round and went in search of a hidden treasure. A scent that, first of all, I don't have yet and, secondly, not everyone wears.

At the top of the shelf I found the dusty 100 ml bottle, with a pink liquid. Pink? Sounds promising. The dusty bottle made me suspect that this fragrance is not often tried by customers - jackpot. Also the price convinced me, for a D&G fragrance.

The first spray of this perfume reminded me of a hot summer day. I sat with an ice-cold rhubarb spritzer on the Rhine promenade and enjoyed the sun. These are exactly the trips I missed most during my bachelor thesis. Kiwi and watermelon developed a fruity, tangy scent on my skin. Exactly THE scent I needed in THIS time! And with this award, I didn't even think for a long time whether I should reward myself or not!

And what can I say? I got a good grade on my bachelor's thesis. Was it a coincidence or was it because of the Empress' positive charisma? One does not know

Scent of my childhood
If I had to describe a fragrance in colours, this fragrance would be beige for me. So warm and elegant, light and heavy at the same time. The fragrance accompanied me my whole childhood and is connected with many great memories. At that time my mother got this scent for my birth and since then it is a "heirloom" in our family.

The fragrance starts out wonderfully oriental and develops so cuddly softly over the course of time. Even with the EDT a few sprayers are enough to be wrapped in a cozy warmth all day long. This fragrance is for me the epitome of a classic, elegant woman. Besides a few other fresh scents (like Jour d'hermes absolu) this EDT is a "Rich Women" scent, very feminine, sexy and chic.

Coco has also arrived in my generation, but I still find him too mature in me, with my fresh 26 years. This wonderful fragrance is more for mature women, not for teenagers
