From beginning and end
This fragrance I just bought blindly due to the many good reviews at the beginning of my new fragrance search. What do you mean blind- I still vaguely remembered a positive encounter with him a few years ago, when the world was not yet upside down.
I really liked it from the start. Mon Guerlain starts off lavender and fresh. By now I know that I am very attracted to lavender in perfumes. But the most beautiful thing about it is actually the progression- the fresh iris and my personal hero, the jasmine, peek out and stay for quite a long time, while from beginning to end, though, bit by bit, the vanilla pushes its way to the fore. A great vanilla, unsweet (no 9th grade girls' locker room), unpretentious, comfortingly warm. Which it's not entirely clear when it ends at all. It's still noticeable on my skin until the next morning, in my hair and on my clothes even for days. It is the most faithful and beautiful vanilla I have come across so far. In this way, MonGuerlain has in a very short time, quite charmingly and quietly, secured a premium place in my collection and could now even be considered a signature scent, as long as it remains so cold :)

A mint is a mint is a...
Hach great, this rosemint. I agree with the mixed voices of the previous speakers, it's probably really not everyone's cup of tea. And maybe not for every occasion either. However, I love smelling this mint rose on me and I find the combination of scents in this perfume just unusual and original. Methinks it even gets greener as the day goes on. i don't own any other really green scents, so this is my favorite forest, garden, and general outdoor scent. Everything becomes a little more beautiful and lush because of it, really great!

Spring is here
This fragrance was one of my blind buys. I know, I know, you're not supposed to do that. BUT: the odds were in your favor. The scent was universally reviewed as a sea of florals, and I love floral scents in their purest form. I like lily of the valley, jasmine, rose, and ylang ylang, have only worn J'adore for years.
What can I say, I had yet again a good hand!
So if you are also self-confessed flower ladies - this is also your fragrance. He costs a slim thaler and smells like a bouquet of spring flowers. Since it's been on the market for a while, I was worried not only that it would smell cheap, but also that it might come across a bit musty because of the musk. No need to have those concerns though, it stays nice and clean, floral and fresh even in drydown, not forever, but perfectly fine.
The only drawback would be in my opinion, that he is not good for layering, except perhaps with pure vanilla scents, because otherwise the lily of the valley could smell a bit musty and stale. One must him but also not mix - He is just as beautiful as he is.

The wicked pineapple
Well, I correct times directly: rather smoky than wicked. In contrast to the previous speakers, I seem to perceive the incense stronger right at the beginning and also throughout the course of the fragrance. This may be due to the patchouli combination and is not a bad thing at first, because I like it quite a bit spicy. I would only never overspray him, because then it would be a little too Catholic for my taste.

I have now tested it more often and can say that it often develops differently on the skin and I find the scent progression very interesting. The woody, slightly smoky pineapple is dominant on cold days with me, on warmer days come more often the flowers and the slightly aquatic notes rather to the fore. I often find myself sniffing my wrist and already discovering a completely different note. The scent is unfathomable to me, but exudes a cool, green power. I find the name therefore very appropriate.

The Perpetual Walker
Since I seem to be the only one in the community (and will remain?), which owns this fragrance, I wanted to put briefly times a small souvenir. I find this fragrance super for everyday, for outdoors, for indoors, for always and especially for spring. I combine it with whatever I'm in the mood for, and everything becomes a bit more beautiful and spring-like because of it. What could be wrong with more flowers?
