I have loved Opium since 1978, it was a revolution in the fragrance family. But at some point the fragrance was changed and we parted painfully.
But then came....the black brother Black Opium, even more striking, a scandalous fragrance ...... at the time! But I remained faithful to him, if the fragrances with Wumms are too much and Atelier Cologne too little, then Black Opium fits! A bit wicked, a bit sinful, a bit sultry, but never cheap! A fragrance that belongs to the evening and winter fragrances, but I wear it on a whim.
It easily fills rooms even after you've left, but don't worry, it's not a headache scent, it's too warm and smooth for that. Opium and me, an enduring relationship!

To describe this fragrance is almost impossible! It is so complex and yet balanced. I can describe it best with a beautiful compliment I got:
In the elevator, a very well-groomed old lady stood next to me....she cleared her throat and said, "Excuse me for addressing you, but I noticed your perfume. Over 40 years ago I was in Hawaii with my late husband....so long ago I haven't thought about it, but the scent...that's what Hawaii smells like" I had a lump in my throat. Scents bring back memories and feelings, is there anything better?

For 20 years, Eternity is my "always goes" fragrance, he is fresh, but not cytric, spicy without penetrating wood / leather / other!
A fragrance that fills the room in a pleasant way. The longevity and sillage are surprisingly good. A compliments catcher.
