My grandma has a very strong bond with Morocco. For years Agadir was her holiday destination. She and my grandpa were there very often, for years 2 times a year for several weeks.
They had their regular hotel and all the staff and other regulars already knew them, and were happy to see them again every time.
They built a particularly strong bond with one of the hotel staff. He showed them around town and even invited them to his home several times, until he even set up a guest room for them. For my grandma and grandpa, it became a sort of second home.

By the numerous holidays came naturally also enormous amounts of Mitbringseln to Germany. Moroccan robes, jewelry, bottles of argan oil, spices, even Moroccan cookies they brought with them when they came back after 3 weeks in mid-December. But what always interested me the most were the smells. So it came to pass that my grandma brought me a small tin with a piece of pressed dark amber. I loved that scent. So much so that as a young girl I rubbed that bit against my skin to wear as perfume. To this day, I still have those little jars scattered around many rooms so I can always get a whiff of it.

Why I tell all this:
As I stood in Douglas testing the beautiful Jo Malone bottle, I was immediately reminded. The spices, the sweet cookies, and of course, most importantly, the amber!
That's exactly what this scent reflects paired with soft woods and beautiful florals. I could also smell the ginger clearly in the beginning. It was as if all these memories had been packed into a bottle and mixed.
Of course, I couldn't help but take it straight to the checkout.
This scent is mysterious as it is, spicy, alluring, warming and a little sexy too. I can imagine him at any time of year!
Layered with "Jasmine Sambac & Marigold | Jo Malone" it also makes a very great blend (and becomes even more durable) and I can't get enough of it.

Meanwhile, my grandparents no longer have the strength to make this journey. They are both doing well, yet they miss the vacations together very much. Let's see...maybe I can also awaken a touch of nostalgia with them with this fragrance.

Yes, that was the first sentence I heard to Delina from my friend. (For perfume he is interested rather less to not at all)

I received a bottling of Delina, sprayed it on me and was enchanted.
This fragrance is so pure and yet he provokes skillfully.

After the fragrance had settled a bit I went to my friend and held him my arm enthusiastically under the nose: "In the fragrance I would marry!"... "how now? There are extra fragrances for getting married???"... irritated he looks at me, as if this was a new invention of the perfume industry to pull even more money out of my pocket.

Of course not, but there are fragrances that make special days memorable and evoke the memories over and over again. Delina is definitely one of those for me, even if I could never save it for one day, I want to smell like it ALWAYS!

That irresistibly fruity rhubarb and sweet lychee are definitely the main attraction in Delina. They accompany me throughout the day together with the rose in the heart. In the drydown, it even gets a tad sweeter and creamier for me due to the vanilla. The durability is a dream!

Personally, I think it is a very nice fragrance that certainly does not go down in the masses. Surely there will be more extraordinary fragrances in the niche world, yet for me a fragrance does not always have to be super different. He must flatter his wearer and give a good feeling, maybe even spray self-confidence!
Compliments will bring the dear Delina also quite definitely!

I smell it and I feel transported straight to a deck chair in the warm sun.
In a golden bikini I lie on the beach of Ibiza and sip my Pina Colada from the coconut. Pleasant lounge music is playing in the background, so you can still hear the sound of the sea through.
The sunscreen on my skin is slowly attracting, but you can still smell it.
On the table under my straw umbrella is a table with refreshing tangerines on it. The wind blows a hint of vanilla to me every now and then, where could that possibly come from...
I breathe in and the world is perfect for a brief moment and worries forgotten.
After a few hours I wake up from my daydream again and find myself at my desk in the office and I wish it had lasted longer, but you can't have everything.
All in all, a summer fragrance with elegance and a pretty good durability and sillage for such a fragrance. From the flacon I do not want to start to rave..simply a beautiful eye-catcher!

First of all, I have to admit that I was equally tempted by YouTube to buy.
My curiosity just won out....and I'm so glad it did!!! I love it already.
When I first spray it, I smell a strawberry, which is actually not present in the fragrance notes here. But then it quickly turns into a fruit cocktail with middle eastern vibes. I think the biggest appearance has the passion fruit but also the pear I smell very good out. Kind of reminds me of vacation...but find it wearable in colder seasons as well. Through the base notes, he gets a nice warmth.

I definitely wouldn't say it's a safe blind buy now, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who likes sweet and fruity scents and can smell, for the it is possibly what. Who knows maybe one or two others will still find their Holy Grail in it. He is indeed strong and he projects well, but if you dose him well keeps everything within limits!

It's spring and the first rays of sunshine are showing. The first time T-shirt weather as they say and you grab a big picnic blanket, a basket with drinks and snacks and your best friends with whom you spend the day on the still empty meadow of the local bathing lake. The mood is exuberant, the winter depressions have disappeared and the spring fever finally reappears. For so long you have waited in the dark grey for this sunny day that finally brings warmer temperatures. The first flowers are starting to bloom and the grass is lush green.
On the picnic blanket, the sweet fruits are unwrapped and accompanied by a glass of apricot-peach sparkling wine, which pleasantly tingles in the mouth....

In my opinion, a beautiful fragrance that I personally will be wearing a lot this spring and summer. When I received my filling, I was immediately clear that the bottle must move in with me and he will this month :) All in all, the durability is quite good for such a fragrance, only the sillage is rather mediocre, but this does not harm the fragrance. He brings pure joie de vivre for me! :)
