After seeing this fragrance in seemingly every other Instagram Story, I finally had to get myself a bottle of this scent. Exclusively male acquaintances have posted this fragrance in their stories, which is why I assumed a "more masculine" unisex fragrance.

Curious, I sprayed the fragrance on: Man is it deliciously fruity. The pear definitely pushes itself to the fore. This smells very natural and mixes after a few seconds with a clearly perceptible passion fruit. I also detect berry accords in the background. A heavenly composition, but somehow nothing for men I think. I can imagine something like this very well on my girlfriend. Nevertheless, a beautiful and refreshing prelude.

Fruity fresh remains the fragrance then also for 1 - 1.5 hours, until it changes almost completely. Now come clearly musk and vanilla to the fore, which are accompanied in the background by woody notes. The whole thing seems a little synthetic, like a typical designer fragrance, but I like it very much. Here I am now not sure if it seems more masculine or feminine. My girlfriend, however, is of the opinion that it remains rather feminine. In addition, the change from the fruity summer fragrance to the rather somewhat oppressive autumn fragrance is absolutely confusing.

The durability is on my skin at about 8 hours and the sillage is also good. My sweater on the laundry mountain makes itself even a day later in the room still noticeable.

Overall, a very nice fragrance, of which I will certainly give a bottle to my girlfriend

Today I got a bottle of this fragrance and couldn't wait to try it out. Such a highly rated fragrance must be special I thought. After the first spray: "What the Teuefel? This smells original to my Esprit - VIP Life for Him bought at dm in 2009." Memories of party nights in my high school days came flooding back. The Esprit came on especially strong on the way to the party on cold winter nights. Somehow it disappointed me that the Layton smells almost identical to the Esprit of old. Especially because the bottling was only 3€ cheaper than the 30ml Esprit back in the dm, haha.

The scent is absolutely not definable for me, but I like it. He smells sweet, but at the same time elegant and not too intrusive. The pleasant sweetness is accompanied by a darker, woodier note. This makes the scent seem more masculine. However, I can't describe it any closer than that. Durability and sillage are unfortunately only average. I must admit, my Esprit - VIP Life for Him had a much better durability and sillage.

An exceptional and unique fragrance that deserves the high ranking. Me, however, he picks up because of the extreme parallels to the VIP Life for Him of Esprit unfortunately not, not for this price

You know those scents you sniff and they immediately give you that great feeling of "here I am at home". This feeling has given me the Juniper Jazz at the first sniff, which is why I had to get him directly. With the community he seems not so well received, but I just love him.

Its opening is pompous, strong, peppery. The strong spice then but also very quickly and the iris and metallic notes come to the fore. The mixture is rounded off by a pleasant, not intrusive freshness. Masculine make the fragrance the woody notes, which remain but in the background and rather subordinate in the overall mixture.

Yes, the scent smells more like a typical designer fragrance, it's synthetic and sometimes reminds me of a more adult version of Pacos Invictus. But that's exactly why I like it so much, because it's simply a fragrance which can be worn in any everyday situation and at any time of year without being too special. Through its pleasant balance still stands out from the typical designer fragrance.

I don't know if my nose is just not trained enough for this fragrance, but this fragrance is the third one in a row that makes me realize that niche is sometimes overrated.

Or maybe it's simply the royal bottle and the rather big hype that sets the expectations for this fragrance very high.

On my skin I find him simply unbearable. The rose pushes itself so much into the foreground that one could think I had sprayed on granny's perfume. Only after a few hours the rose settles and a synthetic, sweet paste mixed with wood comes to the fore. Single components are not to be smelled out.

More pleasant is the scent on the clothes. Here, I don't perceive the rose alone. At the beginning lavender is clearly visible paired with a synthetic woody scent. After some time the whole thing changes to metallic. The scent is "smellable" but looks synthetic. It is so intense that even after 24 hours after spraying on the clothes in the laundry basket there is still a cloud around you.

All in all, the fragrance is an indefinable, sweet synthetic bomb....naja wers mögen.

I could have spared myself the expensive bottling... too bad for the money.

Yes, as some of you here have already noticed: The hype is real!

I am really rarely a fan of extremely hyped scents, but this one definitely deserves it in my opinion! All over the internet people talk about this scent, so I ordered a bottling.

I have owned the bottling since June and have already tried it on a test strip, but as the fragrance is more for the cooler season, I waited until this weekend, which was rainy and chilly, to test it properly.

My first thought after spraying: Wow, what a saffron bomb. You're literally bludgeoned to death by the saffron, but not in a negative way, somehow very fragrant. Only a few minutes later a sugar-sweet smell mixes around saffron, which is not definable. If you hold your nose closer to your skin, the sweet scent reminds you of the taste of pureed strawberries. In addition, a woody note swings in the background, which makes the extremely sweet scent wearable for men. I am infinitely excited about this combination, even though it probably sounds too simple when you read it, which is definitely not true. The fragrance is pompous - it fills the whole room and at the same time it nestles around you like a red velvet cape. Maybe the following description is exaggerated, but it seems so noble that it gives you the feeling of being rich.

After about four hours the cedar wood comes to the fore. The scent remains very intense, but never aggressive. For a whole 8 hours my environment noticed it and compliments hailed.

I'm definitely gonna get that one!
