Black Cashmere
Mysterious and luxurious sum up this divine scent, released exclusively at Secret Notes and Blue Salon stores in Doha,Qatar in celebration of the sovereignty of this poignant Gulf nation.
It opens ravishingly with a spicy start tempered by a tasty clove mixed and sweetened by oud followed closely by the enchanting super natural jasmine and I feel a slightly fruity nuance perhaps it is a Cambodian or Thai oud used in the center of this composition that in that first moment reminds me those aromatic clove cigarettes (Gudang Garan); joining a rough earthy and musky woody base. Finishing dry extremely woody incorporating a cozy cashmere shawl that creates a sense of harmony and peace to this oriental composition dominated by spicy tones framed by precious oud notes and an intoxicating sweet jasmine.
What a stunningly delicious scent, it's warm, strong and impactful, it's super balanced, refined and luxurious.

Crime (Franck Boclet)
Crime is not an easy perfume...it opens with a dark chocolate and a super strange accord that resembles a marzipan and at times even a slightly moldy bread crust (rss), I believe that because of the mixture with the medicinal synthetic oud. Then comes a floral aspect of heliotrope and a very light touch of leather, and finally, a chocolatey woody and subtly sweet finish. Oud and dark chocolate walk hand in hand from the opening to the apotheosis of perfume.
Crime is one of the most exotic perfumes in my collection, intriguing, mysterious; Crime is the translation of niche perfumery: different and original comes out of the repetitive sameness of current perfumery even in the niche.
A very unique fragrance, powerful and delicious aroma, I like it. Performance despite using 40% concentration is good not bombastic.
