A few days later, he then arrived (I had honestly forgotten again that I had ordered him) and was distributed only a few minutes later, with little expectation, on the crook of my arm.
Had I but a little more Expected, because completely unexpectedly immediately haute me a lush scent of fermented plums and peppery rose from the socks.

I had to think immediately of a group of sprightly pensioners, who had dressed up a bit for the city trip at the weekend and once again pulled the miniature of their old favorite fragrance for it from the closet.
This impression dissipated, however, already after 30 seconds and a really pleasing, well-tuned and dry-sweet oud-rose fragrance opened up.
The really well hit plum disappears a bit in the background, but carries the woody, floral and spicy fragrance notes throughout with a pleasant subtle sweetness.
After 30 minutes, the fragrance had gone through its roughest change and it remained a noble and really pleasing fragrance , which remains in the memory mainly through rose and pepper .
Oud and plum I perceive only woody and dry-sweet in the background. Like a light powdered sugar cloud that carries the fragrance. Very noble and pleasant.
For this price, the durability is really excellent, even 8 hours after my test with only one spray, I perceived the fragrance very present on the skin.
The sillage weakens after 5 hours a little, but what is completely ok and I think for this fragrance also necessary .
So who is looking for a noble and classic Ausgehduft with the necessary seriousness for a small thaler, which is exactly right here.

A brittle cup and a malt beer, please!
Through the dear AnimeFreak I got the opportunity to get two Tiziana Terenzi fragrances at a very fair price in the Souk and besides the Rose Gold Oudh was also Al Contrario.
By the partly very negative comments here I was initially very skeptical, but thought to myself, as someone who prefers sweet fragrances, sounds like my taste yet.
After remarkably quickly arrived the package from Austria and I greedily and excitedly held the two flacons in my hands, hardly a minute passed and I had the first spray of Contrario on the arm.
The scent starts with a brutal malt note, which I neither expected nor had noticed before in a perfume. Slightly bitter, somehow fermented and spicy. Very interesting, but I can understand that there some cringe.
After this malty tart smell was gone relatively quickly shows the first time the heavy sweetness, which is often criticized here. A really almost sticky, burnt and intense sweetness.... I liked it directly and my first association was brittle.
The brittle that I also absolutely have to have on my Pinocchio kids cup at every ice cream shop. Caramel, nutty, sugary.
The image of the ice cream parlor, was further enhanced by the light coffee smell that slowly develops from the bitter malt.
As already described below, nuances of sweetened macchiato or latte keep coming up.
After about 30 minutes, the development of the scent is through the coarsest and it remains a very pleasant smell for me of roasted nuts, brittle, children's malt beer and sweetened coffee.
I can understand that this fragrance probably does not appeal to everyone and especially by the ever-present sweet is only something for sugar munchers.
For me personally, however, it is quite an interesting, pleasant and somehow special Gourmand, which I would like to wear on a date, on a winter walk or even at the Christmas market.
The bottle is very high quality processed and sprays very fine and clean. The durability is, of course, also by the heavy sweetness, above average and on the skin I could perceive the fragrance still after 10 hours very present.
The sillage is rather body close but also has a strong performance. After 8 hours, I still have a light coffee-nut cloud pulled behind me.
Any fan of sweet gourmands with a conscience something, I would put this fragrance to the heart. Treat yourself to a pair of calories on your skin and turn into a kid's ice cream sundae who doesn't take everything so seriously.

Crowdpleaser without that certain something

After a while, the sweetness and sticky "cotton candy fruitiness" recedes a bit and woody citrus notes join in. A slight spiciness as with white pepper or ginger I can also make out. The similarity to Sauvage is there, no question, but here already strongly prevails the sweetness.
After the drydown, the fragrance settles a little and becomes more consistent, it no longer goes through so many changes and I mean to make out a slight mint or menthol freshness ... something cold in any case.
Do not get me wrong, I like the scent very much, however, it is also nothing that you have not smelled elsewhere already so or so similar .
For the price perhaps a bit too Little courage and independence.
The durability and also the sillage are really good and just there Ambassador knows how to convince. Even after 6 hours still in the room and after 8 hours clearly perceptible on the skin.

Fireplace to feel good
I have this fragrance as a blind purchase in the Souk transacted and had no idea what awaits me. The original of Amouage, which it is probably based on reading the comments, I know just as little. I was just looking for a fragrance that offers a counterpoint to my otherwise rather sweet oriental fragrances.
What I can say for sure is that this fragrance has blown me away .
As I mentioned in my first comment, I deal "consciously" only a couple of weeks with the world of fragrances and have accordingly little comparison or experience, so I can only describe how this firecracker smells for ME.
Hardly was the package of dear Schleiby opened, were also already the first two pumping on my wrist and neck distributed . Like a slap in the face came to me immediately this wonderful smoky scent in the nose , not biting , rather cold and refreshing .
The first thought that immediately popped into my head was a walk in the winter time , when the sun shines but it is still cold and it smells wonderful outside everywhere like a fireplace .
I don't know how else to explain it , chimney smoke outdoors on a sunny winter day.
After the drydown and the first strong smell of smoke, the scent evolved for my nose in a very refreshing direction. The smoke remained, but also ethereal, cold citrus notes joined.
The whole reinforced the perception of freshness and winter in my head even more.
Besides the citrus notes, I could also perceive green and herbal notes that reminded me of thyme.
For me no fresh summer scent , but clearly refreshing . Just a cold, winter freshness.
To me the fragrance just gave a very comforting feeling and I could not stop smelling me in the evening on the couch .... as if we had the fireplace on and the window on :D
The durability is really bombastic and even the next morning I could still clearly perceive the fragrance. The sillage is equally expressive . After showering, I put it on the next day directly again and have had the feeling that even with mask (corona) the people at the shops, have turned around after me.
Besides all my sweet vanilla monsters, this is my new fragrance when I want to feel fresh, strong and comfortable
