Flowery fresh, a beautiful summer scent
According to the fragrance pyramid, pink pepper is included. But I can't perceive that at all. For me, Babour for Her is a fresh, pleasantly floral fresh scent, which reminds me extremely of Daisy Eau so Fresh

Mrs. Delacourte arouses the most absurd associations in me
Having already smelled soap paper from the 70s and leucoplast in the vanilla collection, I clearly notice a scented bag from the 80s. Before these potpourries came up, there were small scented bags to buy, often in the shape of hearts, which could be hung in the wardrobe. And they smelled like that!!!
Violets and lavender awaken these associations in me.
I remember, I had a scented pillow, which smelled the same - a pretty little pillow embroidered with "sleep well" in pink - there was once from grandma for Christmas.

So unfortunately I can't evaluate the fragrance neutrally - I'm always thinking about my crib 1982 with "sleep well" - pillow thrown back :)

1979 - Mama unpacked the good soap...
....and the soap paper I was allowed to keep, it was then placed between the nightdresses in the wardrobe and I was so proud of the great smell.
The older ones of us still remember that they didn't have liquid soap back then. And there was a fairy tale that soaps that were stored for a long time would last longer. My mother had a whole suitcase of soaps on the wardrobe. Lots of cheap drugstore soaps they had back then. But there were also "good" soaps, which were first wrapped in paper and then stowed in the soapbox. They were then unpacked at Christmas or after the big spring cleaning - and the paper from it went into the linen cupboard.

No matter how hard I try, I can't get anything out of this fragrance, not even vanilla. Actually, I can't perceive any scent at all, everything inside me is just screaming "soap". Certainly a good soap with fragrant paper ...... but still: pure soap.

My nose sniffs here only the quintessence of Mainstream
Therefore, my comments should always be understood as lay personal impressions.
For me, "aura" is a pleasant fragrance. But should I describe "mainstream" in fragrances - Aura would fit perfectly. If I went through a perfumery, spent a lot of time there and tried out everything I could get my hands on - that would be the result of all the mixed mainstream fragrances that can be found among the current top sellers.
A pleasant scent that I quickly forgot

Arabesque .... You took me by storm
Oh arabesque - what a fragrance. Never in my life have I smelt anything like it. Instead of my usual sweet mainstream fragrances (which I really like, yeswoll!) here is the perfect combination of astringency and sweetness - a rush of the senses.

I smell something sweet, in perfect symbiosis with tobacco and wood. I'm standing in the souk in Essaouira in Morocco, in the narrow alleys there are the smells of the pastry shops and the carvings in the air, a light breeze carries this scent through the alleys.......... ahhhhhhhh.......................................................... Arabesque. How unique and special, how beautiful !!!
