Who's that? Tus?
Vertus, never heard of it. Vertus, pardon me, Vertus Paris, does not reveal much of himself. So, enough unintentional alliterations.

On the website and Instagram there is only a little promo, interestingly enough in France (Paris?) there seems to be no point of sale. A flagship store exists in Istanbul for this purpose, which also coincides with the name of the managing director. In general, one seems to focus more on Russian and Arab audiences.

Bois et Cuir - wood and leather - reads quite interesting. SF Perfume History in Cologne, the only German partner, sent me a sample.

The top note is astonishing and surprising, because it screams towards an "Aventus", but somewhat milder and creamier. The sample itself also smells delicious and radiates a great note.

On the skin, however, this completely subsides after only five minutes. What remains is mostly sandalwood with a very subtle fruity undertone and slight traces of a pseudoud approach. I cannot confirm the advertised leather.

Our candidate doesn't have any real stamina. After a good three hours he limits himself to being close to the skin and, in my opinion, can hardly be distinguished from the much simpler Zara Sandalwood. My test candidate from the day before (other brand, other arm) is still present.

Conclusion: it sounds exciting, but is far less complex and high quality than the pyramid, presentation and price level suggest. Basically it would be a nice companion, but the price/performance argument clearly contradicts this. For me he is an impostor who wants to shine with image and top note.

Take me with you...
...so always, permanently.
You have to know that Mercadona is a Spanish supermarket chain and that testing it costs nothing. There you can find this bottle made of plastic in the look of a hairspray. For a single-digit amount you get a fragrance that comes very close to the original Fierce and does very well in the Spanish sun.
Unfortunately, see heading, the shelf life is very modest. In this respect, it is a good idea to always carry the bottle with you in the glove compartment or the handbag of your loved ones, because perfume can also be used in this way...

The White Clean Man
Acqua Attiva is now and then at knee height in Italian perfumeries - not infrequently also on the cosmetics shelf, as Collistar is mostly dedicated to creams and small salons.

I once had the corresponding shower gel and thus became aware of the smell. I'm a little surprised at his moderate rating at this point, because here you get fresh, pleasant fair weather water at a fair price in a solid, clear bottle.

Acqua Attiva starts off citrically with a slight aftershave, but also immediately shows its clear, soft musk note, which pushes itself to the fore until the end. I dare here even a comparison to the clearly more expensive Muschio Blanco of Acca Kappa, from which a filling found the way to me.

A multilayered fragrance process almost does not take place - but it doesn't have to, because the light musk is what makes this fragrance. Personally, apart from the above comparison, I could not think of another potential fragrance twin at the moment, regardless of the price or store segment.

In combination with a discreet, but perceptible Sillage, acceptable durability over four hours and the already mentioned price I evaluate here an inexciting, but thereby solid and finely made perfume for all friends of the Saubermann fragrance. Ideal with a fresh, white shirt - but also with a blouse, because a unisex is worth considering at this point.

Selfish Fierce
In Spain it is sometimes on the bottom shelf for an average of about 16€ per 100 ml. In return, you get a solid Fierce clone, which becomes more and more a Platinum Egoïste. The whole thing is really not badly done and also lasts a few hours. If you like the two candidates, you don't do anything wrong here. But I myself don't like the originals anymore.
