Very strong leather scent with some raspberry note, incredibly good durability (14+h incl. sports& showers), in my opinion very similar to tuscan leather and godolphin. Is always worth its price and comes in beautiful OVP.

As a victim of consumption and an absolute perfume novice, I couldn't wait to find even more similarities, also called dupes, as I found out later. As I said, I was still an absolute newbie, so I could hardly smell the scents. Yes, it smelled like leather, very much like leather. But there was something else. Something fruity. Later it turned out to be raspberry. That was the certain something I missed in tuscan leather and godolphin. The scent was great with my new great leather jacket and I loved to smell it as soon as I put it on. The durability still convinces me. Although I only knew the classics from Douglas until then, but 14 hours of fragrance, despite sports and showers is for the price absolute top. Some would perhaps even judge it negatively, because you might want to wear something else in the evening. The bottle comes in a high-quality wooden box, which I like very much. Not a matter of course for money. All in all, I recommend you to buy it absolutely, although I can no longer wear the scent.

Sauvage is a nice copy of Writer... or the other way around?!
I just want to share some reactions with you with Writer and Sauvage.
1. I go to the lady at the reception:
Hey, what do you think of the scent?
She: that smells great, very fresh.
And this one? (Right wrist, sauvage)
You: I don't smell anything. Oh, yeah. That's the same or?
2. I to the buddy(both owners of Sauvage): Smell mal(left wrist)
