Exotic
Opens with floral tones and some spices.

Then come the notes of rose and shamamatul notes, which remain for a long time, about 8 hours.

At this stage reminds me a little Alf Lail of Lail's Ajmal, but with more pronounced roses.

At the end you can feel a slight honey note.

The musk here is very soft, do not be fooled. It is a clean and well balanced musk.

The packaging is a show piece.

Excellent scent that demonstrates the idea of Arab perfumes.

Still heavy
No doubt a "powerhouse" of the 80s, in the same line of Kouros.

Fortunately remains potent, seems not to have suffered so much with the reformulations.

The aroma really brings me to the Kouros, but without animalic note. Actually it is more sweet and incredibly stronger on my skin.

I mostly feel the note of honey mixed with tobacco and spices, with a touch of incense.

No doubt this is an exceptional fragrance and it still retains its character, originality and power.

Length: more than 12 hours.
Projection: medium-high.
Price: excellent cost/benefit.

Rivals to Pour Monsieur? Maybe.
Unlike Jaipur, Boucheron PH is a more adequate to heat fresh, citrus fragrance.

It is opposed to the oriental composition of Jaipur.

Although fresh with an excellent opening with verbena and lemon, its drydown reveals itself slightly oriental, but running any sweetness.

The base notes are light and well balanced, with possibly feel a little incense and woods in the background.

Definivamente a classic fragrance that reaches the same audience of Chanel Pour Monsieur, distinguishing this by having less moss.

Duration is excellent, though with little projection.

Great for summer!
This flanker of Azzaro Pour Homme is really a summer flanker: works great with temperatures over 30 celsius.

The cumin note is strong enough to be noticed by anyone, but it doesnt takes out the freshness. Instead, gives it a good base.

Despite this is a great summer option, i would stay with Azzaro L'Eau which is even fresher and works even better in hot temperatures maybe due to it's less dense composition.

Sillage, lasting power and projection are average - lasts about 5 hours with a noticeable projection.

A nice blend!
Eau de Cologne Chypre is an exemple of how a fragrance with a simple structure can smell complex and belong to a niche level.

I smell mostly aldehydes, a soft jasmine note and other florals over a patchouli/woody base.

All the notes are light and very well combined so there isnt any screaming over the others.

The fragrance itself is a bit unidimensional and probably it was on purpose.

Reminds me a lot of Tabac by Maurer & Wirtz, but this one is less soapy and better balanced.

Wonderful fragrance.
