I just love Pilar and Lucy and both of their beautiful fragrances and am so glad that I bought them. To twirl all girly is simply wonderful and enchanting to me. I used to have a room in my house called the candle room. It was my 70's throw back room that had many different candles and incence burning all the time. I had throw pillows and tie die scarfs thown about along with beads hanging everywhere. I even had the atrological sings up on the cealing. It was my retreat away from the world when I needed to unwind. When ever anybody came into that room they always commented that it smelled so wonderful with all the incense and candles burning. This fragrance reminds me of that time and when the florals kick in I am in heaven and want twirl like a girl!!!

I cant believe what I am smelling inside this bottle!! I swear I immediately went back 35 years. As a young teenager I used to pack up my swimsuit, towel, and all my special tanning solutions (Hershey's coco butter, Coppertone and baby oil) and head out on the bus because I didn't have a car that summer I was to young. To work on my tan! Seriously I can smell the ocean and the sand and my skin tanning in this bottle. Its amazing how it captures these smells and allows me to remember a time in my youth that I had almost forgotten. Its not bad for the price and for the memories I just have to go and get it.

This is just a heavenly perfume. It transports me to a time in Savannah walking through all the beautiful gardens and being surrounded and enveloped by all of the wonderful floral aromas. This is hearty and full of fruit blossoms as well. I would wear this on a romantic stroll with my beloved. Devine!

First intake of this perfume is definitely cedar. To me it smells of a faint campfire (smoky). Then I can sense a little floral I believe it's the ylang ylang and not so much rose. Someone referenced spiced wood chips and saw dust and that's exactly the feeling I get from this delightful scent. The dry down is better as I tend to gravitate towards the powdery. Staying power not so great but if there was a lotion or creme it might have more staying power once layered together.

This is my long over due review of my most beloved fragrance. A few years back-who am I kidding about ten years ago I was surfing the net for a new floral frag and I found some comments about 24. I went to the nearest Sephora and spritzed myself and like I always do went on my merry way back home to let it sink in. It kept haunting me-every time I lifted my hand or moved my hair I could smell this intoxicating waft of warm white flowers which I adore. I went to sleep that night and all I could do is dream about it, the powdery dry down kept waking me from my sleep. The first thing after work that next day I went and purchased that beautiful bottle. And since then It has become my one true love in the fragrance world. It's sophistication and elegance is timeless. I would DIE if Hermes ever discontinued this.
