Rainy day in London
Beautiful impression of freshly paved concrete after a rainfall. Smelling this I get a mental image of a rainy day on the streets of London, can see the old style red colored phone booths, double decker bus....

Terrific, if you have any interest in weird and wonderful in the world of perfumery

true-to-life impression
Smelling it from the sprayer of the bottle I get such a photo-realistic black tea with some bergamot in it. Unfortunately it is not so on my skin, so I'm afraid with this one I'll just have to catch an impression from the sprayer now and again.

This is such a novel brand. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and I see the brand Replica is copying this brand.

Liquid Fabric Softener
This opens with bright, tart citrus which smells like Pixy Stix candy (I leave it up to you to discover the candy for yourself), and dries down to smell exactly like liquid fabric softener.

I've recently discovered a statement of the same sentiment on Facebook, which had been posted before I had ever tested Oceania, so I know I'm not the only one getting the fabric softener smell

To think that I was almost seduced into a blind purchase, by the beautiful bottling

Why, Roja Parfums, are you hurriedly pumping out blasé creations??

Mechanic's shop
Oh boy. This is a novel one to say the least, but I don't mean that in a pejorative way.

Divine Attraction is straight-up, heavy duty industrial grease and coarse leather. That's it. Nothing else. Brings to mind images of a mechanic's shop... dirty, oily coveralls.... somewhere nearby there are gas tanks for welding purposes.

This stuff is gritty, dark, manly. For those of you who aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.

Old school floral oriental
Kind of an old-school type of smell. 1849 is not something I reach for very often, in fact hardly at all because it's not "me," but I still do appreciate it as an artwork.

The quality of materials is top-notch. 1849 has a potent ylang-ylang for the first half of its life and gradually ushers in a creamy sandalwood that slowly takes over the second half. Although there are other supporting players, those two note profiles are most prominent to my nose.
