At night the world stops, all the hustle and bustle disappears and life seems more eternal to me than during the day.

At night, when my family is asleep, I belong to myself all alone
Nobody makes demands, has expectations, demands for my attention ....nobody watches me being mere.
I am alone, but not lonely.

At night I can do what I want, be who I want, think how I want, and be quiet without interruption as long as I want.

At night I often sit on my romper chair, cuddled up in a fleece bathrobe and blanket, watch one episode after another of my favourite series or write as I did just now - a bar of chocolate and a cup of tea next to me, which is unavoidable for me as a sugarholic

At night in winter the whole thing is most comfortable.
Through the balcony door I see the tender, dense, glittering flakes, sometimes I also open the door to hear the soft crackling of the falling snow and to be able to snuggle myself even deeper into my blanket against the cold, hold my warm cup in my hands, savour my chocolate and simply enjoy that I am.

At night it smells of cuddly blankets, chocolate, spiced tea, darkness and sometimes snow.
Enveloping, warming, peaceful and silent.

And that's how Patchouli Elixir smells - of time for myself.

In my head this little water existed until just now only in combination with sweating grandmas.
Where this idea comes from, I don't know myself, because I already had two grandmas, who sometimes sweated, but never used cologne.
Nevertheless, this thought always kept me from testing, although the great nostalgic bottle always waved to me.

And then someone changed my mind.

So today I made a pilgrimage to DM and bought a vial for testing purposes.

Courageously I dumped a small amount on my hand, held it in front of my nose and the same was released directly.
Puuuuuh, olfactory salt substitute, true.
Alcohol and lemon, but full carrot.
That makes your head lively and clear.

Just a minute later I only notice Neroli - and I love Neroli. I think the bittersweet bloom is great.
This fragrance lasts at most half an hour, but that's the way it's meant to be.

Since not a single granny or mouth cleaning memory is linked to this smell, I can say completely unbiased .......I like it really well.

Even for the top note I came up with a use - in case of panic attacks (which still haunt me every now and then) so-called skills are recommended - strong sensory stimuli that get you out of the brain carousel in fractions of a second.
The olfactory salt effect is perfect for this.

I think there must be a few bottles - in the bathroom, in the car, in the handbag, at work...

As soon as I have sprayed this scent on, I hear Lestat from "Interview mit einem Vampir" quietly whispering into my ear: "Soft...so soft...", feel a caress on my cheek and sigh deep inside.

Here everything is loving and velvety.
Nothing is coarse or prickly.
Everything as if from one mould, I cannot perceive individual components:
Wood? Where?
Spices? Nah, or?
Honey? Real?
Flowers? I don't think so.
Fruits? You're talking about another scent, right?

Féminité du bois is very warm, tenderly sweet, lulling....and I don't need to know more.

That's how I always want to smell when I don't have to pretend or adapt - when I'm happy like a child about a rainbow, when I'm afraid of the dark, when I'm sad and urgently need a hug, when I listen to crickets at dusk, when I cuddle my children and sing a lullaby to my little one, when I watch a thunderstorm with fascination and shudder and lean firmly against it

So I would like to smell when I myself if I may be soft.
