In my search for a spring scent for everyday life, a Douglas employee suggested various scents to me last spring. Many of them were too sweet or too woody for me.
This one on the other hand was really fresh and flowery, so I tested it on the skin. Then as now, it always works the same way on my skin; I find the top note pungent and slightly synthetic. But if I give the fragrance about 10 minutes to half an hour to unfold, it becomes a pleasantly floral companion that smells to me like the first sunny days of spring, when the sun shines through rain-drenched windows and shines on water-wetted roses.
The more time passes, the softer the fragrance becomes.
The fragrance is suitable for those who are looking for a floral, bright and gentle companion for the day. In summer the fragrance can also be worn well. For autumn and winter I find it unsuitable.
In my opinion, the fragrance suits young, dreamy women who are always in a good mood. Somewhat unfolded I find the fragrance in the beginning of spring as mood-lifting.

For a quite fresh scent the durability is ok, the normal Mon Guerlain lasts much longer.

At the moment I sometimes combine the fragrances to make this one a little creamier.

Conclusion: I like wearing it quite a bit, but it is not my favourite scent. It's okay for everyday use, but it doesn't look very formal but dreamy. Certainly not everyone's thing. Very different from the original Mon Guerlain.

The Dolce Gabbana Garden series spoke directly to me. - Garden, of course, a selection of different variations, there will be something there. And indeed - I like this scent very much
To me it seems fresh and very fine flowery and smells quite natural and unobtrusive, not too sweet but very "soft". It smells really nice to me like peony and is not dominated by the other fragrances but framed beautifully.
As others have written, the durability and sillage is unfortunately very weak. But as a fine companion for someone who only wants to smell discreetly good, it is well suited. Since I work with children professionally, I notice especially here that many colleagues don't want to smell too strongly, because it is quickly felt to be inappropriate. I somehow associate this fragrance with this occupational group. Often people talk about scents for the office. This scent is for me one for (nature) pedagogues. :-D (But I don't want to deny heavy, sweet scents to any pedagogue, everybody should wear what he likes! ;))
In such cases, a weak sillage can, on the contrary, bring advantages - just when you don't want to attract attention.

Good for shy romantics who like to spend their time in the garden with a good book.

A small note: I find the lid unfortunately kitschy, but without it the flacon is quite cute.

A nice scent, which is very sweet. I, like some others, consider the pear to be synthetic. The vanilla note, on the other hand, is very warm and pleasant, which makes the fragrance for me more for autumn and winter.
The Sillage is very strong, which is why I would rather recommend the fragrance for the evening. For work I like it a bit fresher/ cooler and more inconspicuous. But it's also a matter of type.

The only problem I have with this fragrance; two sprayers on the décolleté are already too much for me. Then I don't perceive anything else and in narrow rooms (e.g. in the car) the smell gives me a headache. But maybe it's also me - I wanted to have a sweet smell, I got it with La Belle, but it was too much for me. Too sweet, too present.

Then I passed it on to my cousin, who has many sweet and heavy scents. She loves him and was very pleased.
It is therefore in good hands with those who like to wear fragrances of this kind. Unfortunately, it was nothing for me - although I find it beautiful.

I had the same flacon in dark blue before and got it as a present for my birthday during a holiday I spent with my family and my partner in Italy. And I loved him. He became my study time over my daily companion.

I did not like to smell particularly sweet or overpowdered at that time. And I didn't want to smell "like everybody else."

That's why the fragrance is an interesting but uncomplicated scent for me for the whole year and it will always remind me of this beautiful time and summer.

I associate the scent with a good-humoured, dreamy young woman who is always smiling. And so the fragrance also has an effect on my mind - mood-lifting.
