The gentleman lasts longer than expected
The Uomo by Valentino is a typical Valentino.
A recognizable DNA here skillfully and well crafted.
Present in a delicately dominant way.
This fragrance starts out tangy-sweet and stays that way for quite a while. It hardly changes and remains rather linear.
Becomes subtly creamier and slightly woody as it progresses. Coffee only minimally on the edge.
From time to time I didn't smell it on me anymore, but then towards evening a cloud came again when I moved around more. It is still there. Took a little break.
A good signature and everyday fragrance in moderation.
Durability and sillage good.

Creamy, sweet, fresh...vintage style
A fragrance that earned me a compliment.
I applied the remainder of my bottling yesterday and have to admit that Vintage Radio is a solid all-rounder. It doesn't offend and doesn't stand out too much from the crowd.
A fresh, sweet and creamy everyday fragrance for the office or on the go.
It starts pleasantly fresh and light thanks to the sage, bergamot and vintage lavender.
These notes also last for a while until the fragrance develops in the direction of plum, slightly spicier due to the pepper and woodier due to amber and sandalwood
Longevity is quite ok, on my skin I personally don't notice it for long but the others around me do. For me personally, the sillage could be a little stronger.

Only develops after a while
I wore the rest of this fragrance yesterday. So my bottling came to an end, as did the year 2023.
When I applied the Précieuse Orchidée I thought to myself...ok...a bit old-fashioned...well wait and see. The bergamot and lemon in the opening were fresh and put me in a good mood.
After a few minutes, the orchid, jasmine and the woody note of sandalwood came through. And that put me in a slightly better mood. Still a little harsh in my eyes, but already better than at the beginning.
But then for 1h - 1.5h nothing more was perceived until suddenly the development begins and the base notes appear. Amber, benzoin, musk and vanilla created an effect that amazed me. The fragrance suddenly became warm and cozy, and I kept smelling it for a while.
All in all, a quick-change artist that you have to give some time.
Good for women and men to wear. Rather something for fall/winter.

Warm almond and pleasant woody notes
The other day I had applied the rest of my bottling and after a long time I applied this wonderful warm almond and wood scent again.
It fits very well in this season.
The Velvet Tonka starts wonderfully almondy sweet and radiates a cozy warmth. After a few minutes, a delicate tobacco note and very little rose are added. A good combination (in my opinion) with the almond and orange blossom from the opening.
After a few hours, the fragrance becomes pleasantly woody without losing any of its warmth or creaminess/warmth. The tonka bean contributes to this.
A great fragrance for cooler days. Can be worn by both men and women.

Today I have a bottle of this fragrance on it.
I have to admit it starts really fresh and citrusy. Nice and crisp for hot days or when doing sports.
The mandarin and bergamot in the opening promise a lot.
Unfortunately, I have to admit (at least for me) the performance is not quite as convincing.
After a good 1 hour, I hardly notice her at all. Every now and then a little cloud appears.
Woody notes and spices remain in the background. And are discreetly noticeable.
