When I smelled this fragrance for the first time, I had the following thought: Yes, I've smelled it exactly like that before! And indeed, when I then took my Oud Wood bottle in the hand it was much to me.
In general, you can say that the Oud Noir Intense is a tastier, longer lasting and more refined version of the Oud Wood. However, both do not have this "pungent, aggressive" Oud - smell, which is not necessary here, however!
The Oud Noir Intense convinces all the way with a very pleasant mix of oud, rose and other woods in conjunction with various flowers.
The only drawback is unfortunately the very high price, so I would rather test the fragrance before you buy the bottle! :)

Excited by many positive reviews and its acquired status, I was full of anticipation to smell this fragrance. When I tested it for the first time, I almost fell over. The clinical smell of operating room and disinfectant had shocked me and I never wanted to touch this fragrance again. After a few hours, I did venture back in and smelled the dry-down. This scent of rose and oud, which I have never smelled together in this form, literally blew me away! It's a whole new level of quality and intense smells.
Conclusion: Everyone should give this fragrance once the chance to be enchanted
