Hello dear community,

after my last test/comparison between Algemar and... and Aoud BlueNotes was a lot of fun, I started a new project now.
As already with Aoud... I wanted to check for myself whether the two scents, as described by some previous speakers, are really so similar.
First of all, I am not a perfume expert, but I have to do with perfumes and steams on my professional way. I am NOT a perfume expert but fragrances are a hobby.

I finally got both scents. Two tests done, one about the shelf life and one about the fragrance itself.

The initial situation was as follows:
Test starts at 7:00 in the morning.
Weather: Windy, cloudy, humidity 66%, 12 grat Celsius outside, 22 grat Celsius inside.
Tester: me, male
Helpers: 3 voluntary, 2 involuntary
Div.: Dog from the neighbor named Balduin

Comparison 1.
The name:
Aventus Creed: beautiful name, goes easily from the tongue, something edgy and defining.
Orion Tiziana Terenzi: sounds like the beginning of an Italian poem. With 3 freiw. testers immediately holiday feelings arose.
The rash of the dog's tail was always the same when the names were mentioned.

Comparison 2.
Flacon:
Aventus: beautiful shape, great logo with rider, appeals to me as a man.
2 freiw testers also see it that way.
Orion: no particularly striking shape of the bottle, nice lid with moon phases, at first a bit boring for me as a man. Would also pass as a cream can for women.
2 freiw testers of the same opinion
Ps: the dog didn't care.

Comparison 3.
Sillage:
Almost straight up. On my skin a slight plus for Orion.
Also found 3 free tester and 1 non-free pomace.
The dog didn't seem to care.

Comparison 4.
Shelf life:
Aventus: after 6 hours hardly perceptible, after approx. 8 hours completely disappeared
Orion: after 8 hours only a shadow of itself, but still perceptible the next day.

Comparison 5.
Fragrance:
Spray on and go. Very different start.
Aventus: Fresh, light pineapple, citric. Reminiscent of pineapple on lemon ice cream.
Orion: slightly citric, strong sweet pineapple, light apple note. More reminiscent of pineapple and sour apple compote.

..after 15min
Aventus: gets even fresher, clearer, cooler
Orion: very fruity, slightly sweet but softer, rounder, gentler than Aventus.
See 3 free tester also so.
The dog reacted with tail wagons with Aventus and with Orion he brought his ball...?

...after 30min to 1.5 hrs
Aventus: slightly stinging, slightly wooded and mossy probably from oakmoss ^^
Orion: now the birch is added, gently balsamic ^^
Two completely different fragrances!
Also found 3 free testers and 1 unfree tester (postman) :D
The dog is sleeping...

...after 1.5 to 3 hours
Are both weaker.
Strangely enough, both now smell very similar, no extreme boundaries to smell.
Also found 3 freiw testers and the second unfreiw tester (neighbor)
The dog doesn't come when you call his name anymore... D

...after 3 to 5 hours
Now some movement comes in again.
Of course both are a little weaker now, Aventus more than Orion.
Aventus: now you also take something that was vanilla.
Orion: beautiful harmonious oud incense "Düftchen" in the background.
Also found 1 free tester. The rest of the testers just say "smells good", so no more rating.
The dog's gone. Somehow he made a happy impression when his master picked him up. ?!?

...everything after 5 hours
Now nothing changes. Individual scent components now also make the end of the day piece by piece.
Aventus: keeps its freshness until the end.
Orion: keeps its fruitiness until the end.

Well, a comparison is difficult.
I could compare it to soccer players.
Carlos vs. Messi
Aventus = Roberto Calos. Small, strong as a tribble, but known and notorious for its rough nature and the extremely hard shot.
Orion = Lionel Messi. Also small and strong as a tribble, but much more sensitive on the ball and more overview.

Or comparison, Hulk vs Thor
Aventus = Hulk. Superhero, strong, hits everywhere, destroys everything.
Orion= Thor. Also superhero and strong, also hits on it and makes something broken, but with overview and only what must. Much more elegant.

I hope I could bring my comparison so far well a the man and to the woman.

I had a lot of fun again and it was very interesting, also for all testers and the dog.

For me there are not many scents in nature that calm me, let me come down or relax. The queen of these rare fragrances is lavender. I love lavender, as a scented bag in the cupboard, as tea, hung up to dry in the kitchen.... in our garden we have about 40 plants and 12 different varieties. Clearly I must have this old and familiar scent of Guerlain.

The scent sample and I arrived home at the same time. There was no time for foreplay, the jacket was torn from the body, it hasn't touched the ground yet and I already sprayed the delicious Lavendelmana over me....and, yes and.... i wondered... where's the lavender now?
No lavender, only citrus fresh and a subtle fragrance that could remind you of lavender with a lot of imagination. For calming down we had lavender tea.

Next day, new trial.
It started the same way as the evening before had ended.
At the beginning there is a nice pinch of citrus freshness, after a while the citrus becomes less and actually the lavender is added, also the vanilla is perceptible and all this beautifully packaged in a spicy accompanying note. Leather, incense and vetiver I take was not very superficial.

I don't smell anything animalistic to myself, rather a little powdery but discreet. An absolutely harmonious and round, gentle fragrance that invites you to linger or just relax if you want to.
It is quite wearable by men, even if I don't necessarily see it in the middle of the 20's.
I think it is also good for the job (office, sales, field service), because it is not so intensive from the Sillage.
He's got a place in my closet.

I don't remember exactly what it was like, but somehow I ended up at Aoud without looking for fresh-fruity.
After the recessions regarding compare with the known shower gel with the seahorse, I wanted to know more about it.
I ordered 10ml of Aoud and bought two shower gels from Algemari... once "freshness" and "perfume" (yes, that's how you spell it).

I don't want to go into the scent of the shower gel too much, so I make it short and crisp.
Freshness: typical shower gel freshness, herb, indoor pool flair.
Perfume: like freshness but perfumed, no idea what it smells like.
Both shower gels are very good, there are much worse ones, not only in smell.

Now I come to the Aoud.
Right at the beginning a citric fruity smell comes over you. One clearly takes the mandarin and lemon was, with a floral sweet note. Unfortunately that doesn't last long and after about 1 hour I take the wonderful mixture of some leather, little woody and light sweet vanilla was. The fresh one never disappears though.

I wear it everywhere. However, it could be a little too heavy for midsummer at the lake, sea,... perhaps, by the leather and wood. As aquatic I would rather see it less, but there are others who slap the freshness in your face like the rough sea when deep sea fishing. Aoud is then rather for the time after the fishing. ;)

All in all a wonderful random fragrance that will find its place in my closet.
The shelf life and Sillage are rather average, which is fine.

Oh, yeah, the shower gel comparison.
Also here short and crisp:
The shower gel has nothing in common with Aoud. Both are completely different smells.

Tuscan Leather was the reason I signed up for Parfumo.
Every now and then I followed the newly introduced fragrances and surfed a bit in front of me. When I came across Tuscan Leather with this "leathery-smoky" scent, these great recessions and apparently finding my new future leather elixir, I immediately searched the city for an extensive test.
Unfortunately unsuccessful. Either there were no testers or everything was already sold out.
Buy blind at this price? NO!
Then this souk came to mind. I registered immediately and ordered Tuscan Leather as my first souk.

I like leather scents, a lot, even to women. Then Tuscan...
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and surprised how I see it so differently than how some recessions describe the fragrance.
For me the scent is not leathery - smoky but smoky - leathery.
The smoke character is very dominant. The leather smells very pleasant.
I'm afraid I can't really see a raspberry. Also in the circle of acquaintances and colleagues recognize no raspberry in the classical sense.
It is rather a dry smoky leather smell which burns me even easily in the nose.

After about 1-2 hours it reminds me of a special smoky smell. I couldn't file it, thought back and forth.
Again and again I put it on and hoped for the great realization. When then one beautiful day my co-driver said that it smells somehow in the car after old smoke.
Now I could classify the scent. He reminds me of the clothes the day after a campfire. That's it!!

So the scent is very special and not wearable by everyone.
I find him rather selfish, introverted, solitary,... so to speak.
You don't wear this scent for others or for occasions, but only for yourself. You don't do soo big favors to the environment with it.

Comparisons like: the big brother of Ombre Leather or Ombre is the weakened form, ... which I have unfortunately also oriented myself to, do not vote for me like that. These are two completely different fragrances that only leather has in common. I could just as well claim that CH Men Prive is the big sister of the Tuscan ^^.

I don't want to offend anyone, the scent is a bit more unusual than others, no question.
I am only unfortunately very disappointed since I had promised myself something else by the insanely great evaluations and also became.
I can only advise leather lovers to test this fragrance.
For me LEIDER too extreme.
