I have Une Rose in my collection, but tonight I learnt that it has been renamed Rose Tonnerre for some inexplicable reason. Why??

Very gourmand with a mountain of sweet meringue, a dollop of whipped cream, and a hint of lime. Lemon is only implied in the meringue.
