This is patchouli heaven. I have never been much into patchouli based fragrances, but this is so well composed, blended. The patchouli is the mainplayer yes, gives a chocolaty feel.

It´s so wonderfully crafted, it´s leading the way for all the other players, orris comes in play, earth, tea, sandalwood and with a little bit of sweetness which could be vanilla.

I really enjoy this fragrance for the colder months, such a special scent.

This was my first sample from the house of Matiere Premiere after having been reading good things about the house.

From first sniff it’s very obvious that Encens Suave is one classy fragrance with quality ingredients to back it up.

There’s a juxtaposition of the incense and the coffee and vanilla which makes this fragrance both interesting and intoxicating, really addictive stuff.
