Musky , Fruity and Boozy
Notes : Sandalwood, Ambrette & Rose
Perfumer: François Demachy
Santal Noir is definitely a Sandalwood based fragrance but starts of with Rose and creamy Sandalwood combo. Ambrette is the magical note to this enchanting potion. As the fragrance develops on skin, it becomes musky, a bit boozy, fruit accord is also detected along with Tobacco. This was a blind buy for me and I am glad to have this in my collection.

Thrilling, Rich, and Deeply Sexy
Notes: Tobacco, Vanilla, Rum and Cinnamon
A gorgeous boozy, creamy vanilla and a spicy concoction. Opens with a fruity note (Cherry), not a fan of the opening but this last for a good 15 mins and then the hard hitting notes start to show their true power, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Tobacco and Rum. This is an Intoxicating fragrance, sexy, rich and potent. In the dry-down I also get hints of Coffee which is not listed as a note. Love this masterpiece.

Cozy, Warm and Delicious
Notes: Pink Pepper, Orange Blossom, Cloves, Chestnut, Guaiac Wood, Juniper Berries, Vanilla, Peru Balsam, Cashmeran
This is one of those cozy and warm fragrance. A perfect cold weather scent, roasting chestnuts and pouring vanilla on top. I am glad the Vanilla here is not overly sweet, really enjoying this one.

Boundaries Shattered
Notes: Bergamot, Green Notes, Ginger, Pink Pepper, Black Currant, Turkish Rose, Cardamom, Patchouli, Cedar, Vanilla, Benzoin, Ambergris, Musk and Sandalwood

As soon as I sprayed this Ani I was able to detect Vanilla and it's detected throughout the life of the fragrance.
Along with Vanilla, I also detect Bergamot, Green Notes and Pink Pepper and Ginger follows pretty quickly as the fragrance starts to open up.
As the fragrance develops Black Currant becomes prominent which gives this fragrance that fruity element along with Cardamom which gives it that spicy and sweet scent, I couldn’t detect any rose here.
Entering the drydown Vanilla gains it's strength now combined with Benzoin and creamy sandalwood.
A stunning, gorgeous and an exotic fragrance. Smooth and creamy vanilla not overly sweet, well structured and very well blended. Cecile Zarokian has hit a home run with this fragrance.
Hacivat was my favorite from Nishane but after wearing this one, Ani has definitely become my favorite. Simply Stunning

Notes: Pink Pepper, Green Apple, Rosemary, Bulgarian Rose Oil, Turkish Rose Absolute, Clove, Patchouli, Labdanum, Ambroxan, Cypriol and Castoreum
A gorgeous and beautiful creation by Dominique Ropion. This opens with Green Apple and Pink Pepper but Apple note is more prominent to me and I get this note till the dry-down. As the scent starts settle on my skin, Rose note along with Cypriol which gives this a woody and earthy vibe. Patchouli and Labdanum are also detected near the dry-down. I also get hints of leather on my skin. Another masterpiece by Dominique with excellent performance.
