I love Oud and really enjoying Pure Oud by Kilian. Yes, the Oud here is on the synthetic side. This is a pretty linear scent, Smokey, a bit Spicy oudy woody fragrance.

Notes: Rum, Coffee, Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Sandalwood and Sugar Cane

Intoxicating Fragrance. Luxurious, Sophisticated, delicious, and Sexy

Black Phantom opens with that delicious Caramel, Vanilla, Rum and roasted Coffee beans accord. Opening is just deliciously sweet, my nose was glued to my wrist for a good amount of time. I also detect a nutty and a bit salty accord of almond or maybe peanuts. Near the drydown the sweetness goes away and I start to get that creamy Sandalwood with Heliotrope. This will project for the first couple of hours and lasted on me the whole day.

"Memento Mori"

Notes: Bergamot, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Clearwood, Oakmoss and Timberwood

An absolutely fantastic fragrance. Perfomance is crazy for this one. Opening with a juicy and vibrant Pineapple note followed by Lime and Grapefruit. The fruits lasts for quite some time but as the fragrance settles woody notes become prominent and Oakmoss really works well with Pineapple. Hacivat is sophisticated, elegant and definitely blind buy worthy. This has the same DNA as Aventus but not the same at all.

Notes: Bulgarian Rose, Labdanum, Laotian Oud, Vanilla, Rum, Tobacco, Patchouli, Camphor, and Sandalwood

A great Oud and Rose combo. Rich, Dark, Dirty, Woody and Smokey. I don't find the Oud note to be animalic at all and definitely it's a syenthic Oud. The Tobacco and Rum with Vanilla make this and enjoyable for this fragrance.

Notes: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Lemon, Orange, Spices, Tarragon, Carnation, Frangipani, Heliotrope, Hyacinth, Linden-Blossom, Tuberose, Ylang-Ylang, Balsams, Civet, Coffee, Incense, Labdanum, Musk, Oakmoss, Resins, Russian Leather, Vanilla, Vetiver and Woody Notes.

I was hesitant to try this one as I am not a big fan of Animalic fragrances but this is surprised me. Opens with a blast of spices which is overpowering but once this tones down the lovely floral notes appear, mainly Ylang-Ylang, Tuberose and Frangipani. The drydown ks my favorite. The notes of Frankincense, Balsams, Coffee, Labdanum, Russian Leather and Vanilla give this fragrance a warm, sexy amd dark effect. The note of Civet is definitely noticeable but it's blended with perfection and the right amount of Civet gives this fragrance that animalic nuances. Overall a sexy, warm, dark and Ambery fragrance. Love this one
