Lemon meets liquorice
It starts neatly citrusy. But right from the start with a woody-spicy undertone that you immediately know where the hare runs long. The "wild water" leaves no doubt about his motto - Oldschool!
So who is not on classic fragrances, should rather leave the fingers of it.

As the top note wears off and the middle fights its way through, I have an association. Licorice!
And the association persists even the second time I wear it. To me, this fragrance is a licorice scent.... - with lemon. Even though the former note is nowhere near the stated scent notes.

Finally, I'm thinking of slightly spicy soap.

And so then, after about 7 hours, the journey ends with the "wild water", the (with-)rushing stream of lemon and licorice.

I like it

The plus of self-confidence
The package arrives, impatiently it is opened. The packaging of the fragrance water seems simple, but noble. This is also opened and then he stands there, robust, massive, with a hard shell and yet simple elegance. It radiates sovereignty - a symbol for its fragrance character. The start is citrusy and tart. Bergamot and neroli do a good job. In the later course it becomes woodier and thus incredibly masculine. A fragrance for strong guys. Not meant as a call to turn the inner macho outward - on the contrary. Rather meant as a support to be the best version of himself, to find the gentleman in himself and stand up for himself.

When I wear this fragrance, I feel confident and motivated to tackle the day. It is my absolute favorite fragrance and the only one I have ever bought a second time as a back up in case it is ever discontinued.

He is priced, for 100 ml, between 30 and (sometimes) 65 euros. He would also be worth the 65 euros, but is usually as "Cheapie" to purchase.
Price performance is therefore terrific.

The shelf life is really good, 8 hours he will usually hold, where I can perceive this fragrance throughout and not succumb to the "olfactory fatigue". Meaning: he supports me throughout the (working) day.

End of this song of praise :-)

Disappointing
I bought the perfume because I remembered that I found it quite pleasant when trying it out in a perfumery.

During the first spraying in the room I was surprised to discover that I could hardly smell any of it. On the skin it was then a little bit better to perceive, but never really strong. I liked the smell, but also had a direct association to it, which I could only assign a few hours later. Namely: Labello. In my opinion, Givenchy Pi, at least as long as the top note is still present, smells just like the classic ,dark blue, lip care stick of the brand mentioned.
And don't get me wrong: I find the fragrance pleasant, even if the association was surprising at first. So it is not the fragrance character that disappoints me. But it is the virtually non-existent silage and the really poor durability. After three hours at the latest, the perfume is no longer perceptible, unless you sniff very carefully at exactly the spot where you sprayed it on. So unfortunately the performance is underground.

I was quite surprised, because I looked at the perfume ratings of the fragrance before I bought it, and it scored well in terms of sillage and durability. Personally, I can only explain that it must have been reformulated at some point. Otherwise it would really be a mystery to me how it comes to such good opinions.

Pity. Because of the bad performance, only use it at home when I feel like using it for 2-3 hours (unfortunately it doesn't last longer)
