To the fragrance:

Extraordinary he is already, but the hype I can no more understand here than with Creed or F-ing Fabulous.

The fragrance I had as a tester in 2ml filling to my Back to Black get and thus tested. I found him top, but not really lasting. The weak sillage was known from tube videos, but thought to myself, well a perfume, also makes an oxidation process through after it has already come into contact with the air, so I would have to get me the original and new.
No sooner said than done, I found the 200ml under 500€uronen at a perfumery where I have often ordered, and thus also struck.

Arrived, I was not happy as Bolle, made it on and a splash immediately on the wrist.
2 hours later, I could already perceive him but rather weak. 4 hours later and he was gone, and that should not be with an EDP, it is because it is a Trudie Sport or so, but is also another price range.

I understand that the scent is exceptional, I agree with you, also tried it again after two days where it was cooler outside, same thing. Then again two days later right after showering - "Same procedure as last time?" - Same procedure as every time :(

Thus, I must say, either I got an extremely old batch, have not yet had time to check it, or the scent just does not like my skin.

SO I'm sorry to say, and I repeat myself, this is just my objective opinion now, the scent is exceptional in every way.

Exceptionally good fragrance, exceptional the bottle and packaging, but also exceptionally bad the shelf life.

Thus, it is for me again a fragrance where it is extremely hyped, but nix really can...

I'm not big on sweet scents, but since it was so swarmed, I had to finally dare to try it. Since I'm not a fan of samples, and prefer to open the fragrance itself and initiate the oxidation process myself, I got it. I opened the great packaging, unfortunately I can not give extra points for it, because it's great, extra in the case, but for the price you can also expect soas.

A spray left a spray right and off into the case again. 4-5 hours later he was present, but from bitter almond, cedar or amber was nothing present, rather only cotton candy with water and that on the skin.
Can imagine that so the pastry chefs in Morocco or Ankara smell, after they have made all day Baklava and Co.

And since it is known that not every nose can smell the same, I must say, unfortunately, it is therefore not for me, and may leave me again, even if I make Miese.

To make a long story short, and this is just my subjective opinion:

- Flacon beautiful
- Fragrance naja
- Price / performance outrageous m.M.n.

Now it is time that I also times my opinion to my experiences with Aventus made schildere, and here I would not like to go into the topic batch, with it we do not even begin.

We came into contact in 2014 on a summer afternoon, where I was schoppen with my sweetheart, in the drugstore where a matchbox over 5€ already costs. But that's not the important thing, back to the topic, so off to the drugstore department, and there he was, "the king" on the shelf, between his brothers and sisters, the center of attention. There was even a spot dedicated to him. The tester bottle carefully taken in hand, where I'm not even sure if it was a tester, was just half filled, thus the assumption. Harps and angels singing came from the background I carefully sprayed two sprays on my wrist, put the bottle back and waited. Nothing happened, I was not overrun by a horde of women, nor did I get a buttler, nor did other gentlemen like King Louis XV greet me. Afterwards we went to the Caffè next door, nice on the terrace, ordered a latte and while lighting the cigarette (smoking is bad for your health), there it came again, this scent, which I already knew from somewhere, but could not classify, and this time it came from my wrist, yes it was the Aventus, yes it was still present. By then I was toying with the idea of spending the 160€ for the 50ml, but something held me back. It was this one voice (no not avarice) said, which is not so unique, which is not worth his money, 160€ really now?
So I went home with my sweetheart, the car ride took about 30 minutes, and it wasn't the scent that filled the entire room, it only came in waves when I moved my arm.
Thus, Aventus 2014 did not come into the house with me.

Years have passed and I felt trapped with, now I am free and have tears on my cheeks (goes the song of Cappuccino - I miss you) and just as I was looking again for something new, which I did not have yet.
We write the year 2019, logbook of the Enterprise, Captain Jack - Papjack - It in the spring, I'm looking again and again for fragrances, there are so many come and just as many go, fragrances that have made it with me into the dark closet to come are rare, rare as the warp drive of the Enterprise, the space bends in search of new civilizations.
Off into the city, off into the mall and there in the middle is this one store, they have gaaaaanz many fragrances, now and then also an offer, but only once in a while every 3-4 years :).
There is certainly something good, and look - there he is again - the Aventus - the top dog among the fragrances. So again, two sprays on the wrist and herumspaziert, to observe the development of the fragrance, still this boring fragrance (for me at least) that smelled like nothing special, was just expensive me a lousy duration, so but Tom Ford bought, because with empty hands I could not go home.

So for the time being waited, benefited from various bottlings, so made an opinion of batches (who needs the Excel spreadsheet, gets it gladly) since he was so hyped.
Then but struck, end of January it is so far, the 20E01n batch ordered and waited and waited.
Finally it was there, the UPS person with a smile on his face and I smiled back just as much, because I already knew what was in the package...opened and tadaaaaa, uhhhmmm no.
Somehow I have imagined trumpets and clowns and cheers and and and, well the main thing is the fragrance is there, so packaging I always did not care - torn open, the cheap plastic cap off and ps ps ps on the wrist, the same on the neck and two in the air because, you (n) lives only once, and it's mine.

The first half hour was top, the entire apartment smelled like it, the pineapple came through stronger, the apple was almost not present, the currant and bergamot made themselves known. So firm and fluffy (oh no that's Olli Schulz with Jan Böhmermann) but no matter, it smells nice and it's all so great...
Then about an hour and a half later, when the musk with the vanilla and very soft amber lay down it is again a world of its own.
Then but three hours later I have to act like Count Dracula and press my nose deep into my wrist to perceive any scent still. The presence of the scent is gone, and I am alone again, alone...

Thus, I look for the box of the packaging, unfortunately torn open already, so it does not come to the souk, call my dear brother-in-law and invite him to a beer, alone to be also Corona safe.
We chat and then I remember, Hey there is en reason why I invite him.
"Hey dear brother-in-law, I wanted to give you something you've been wanting for a long time," he looks at me, looks at the bottle and nods and says, "- so that must have been expensive, what do you get for it?"
Me: "-is from an acquaintance, he was able to get it without packaging, thus cheaper, fits already"

And so I also come to the conclusion and the name of the post:
Creed - Aventus or how to live as a company from the name, is a fragrance you (n) must know, but not necessarily like and must own. I find him nice round but more also not. Its price is m.E. nach not justified, especially if I buy something and I like it and I buy it again in 2 years then I want to get the same and not a derivative, batch, changed formula, that's the issue - batches- where I did not want to open the barrel from the beginning, and its durability, there are fragrances out there for a fraction of the money of what Creed costs, which smell good or better and perform much better, so is more name and status symbol than actual...but in the end everyone must decide for themselves.

I for my part, have the topic Creed - Aventus through, with samples and bottlings and shipping costs more than 350€ thrown out the window, which does not necessarily have to be, and everyone must decide for themselves.

In this sense, happy sniffing continue, because there are many more fragrances out there, and who has not cursed me until now, will do it at the latest after this post - for all those --> there are Voodoo dolls on sale at Amazon

Not to be confused by the title, is still my favorite among the perfumes out there, but it is a funny story with the name.
It's been a few years since the fragrance was launched when EdT came on the market, and I have to say that before it was advertised everywhere, I was a supporter of Chanel - Allure Homme Sport Eau Extréme, and first came into contact with the fragrance when it was launched at a well-known drugstore chain
Of course after the first nose, a bottle had to be found immediately, price was a minor matter for the beginning
Then 3 years have passed and after the third bottle and everything else in between, the EdP came on the market and my "Burzeltag" arrived. What next?
"What does daddy want?" - the kids kept asking, and my sweetheart always said she already knew. Of course I beamed the EdP from her as a present, and when I opened the present, my big one grinned and said, "Oh, yeah, Daddy likes Sau Wage so much."
:) So he read and understood it with 9 years on the bottle.
But about the perfume:

As many compliments as with this fragrance, I have never received with any other, well Creed Aventus or Terre d'Hermes were also not bad compliment-getters, but Sauvage became my fragrance

The spiciness at the beginning mixed with the bergamot and the subtle lavender note (although I hate lavender from the bottom of my heart) result in a cocktail that instantly triggers a headache, for me at least.
It abducts me differently from season and time of day to different scenes from movies or to the school desk and everything else in between.

There are so many things you could say about this fragrance, but I have to say that at least I have always felt that way, listened to opinions and was massively disappointed, everyone should test it, and by test I mean apply it to the skin and let the fragrance "work". After a while, sniff it again and see how it develops, because not all skin is the same, and you won't like it, although it will be difficult. I don't know anyone who has said that he doesn't like Dior - Sauvage. There is also a difference between EdT - EdP and perfume. Of the three, and I have to be honest, I still like the EdT the most, but the EdP just lasts so long that it easily manages to knock the EdT off the Tron

It is now also omnipresent, every 2nd person has it, no matter in what form, so if you are looking for a unique fragrance, you have missed the train by a few years, but nevertheless it is still a good compliment-getter.

I would describe him as the little brother (yes indeed, little one, because it came 3 years after the EdT on the market) but like "The Rock" he lets his muscles play and always takes the big one in a stranglehold.

It is really only about my opinion, whether objective or subjective, everyone must decide for himself and whatever it will be, with the Dior - Sauvage whether EdT or EdP or perfume he will definitely do nothing wrong.

the scent was already on the market for a long time, but I never had my eye on Hermes to be honest, because the scents always smelled like "old" or "old-fashioned" to me.
But in 2008 I get off the plane at Air France in Stuttgart, run my "finger" up towards the arrival terminal and all the time an "interesting" smell comes my way. Where from, there was no one before me, no one new, and in the plane I had not noticed the scent.
So what do I do, I stop and run back to the plane, towards the crowd, apologizing all the time that I forgot something. Arriving downstairs, there is only one gentleman with a high visibility vest and a radio to greet all the passengers getting off. Slowly I walk in his direction and the smell becomes more and more intense, so I summon up my courage and ask him: "Excuse me but what kind of perfume are you wearing? it drives me crazy in a good sense", he smiles at me and says, "I don't know, was in duty free earlier and tested 2 fragrances, sprayed them on his 2 wrists" so I smell like a fool on his wrists, the one I recognized immediately was Adventure by Davidoff, but the second one was unknown, not even he could tell me what one it was. So I asked him if he knew which perfumer and he already noticed that he was overwhelmed, so I asked for the impossible He said yes, and I went my way after he got my card.
Two weeks later where I had already given up hope, I received a mail with a funny subject - * and behold, a photo taken with a Nokia, but it was enough to find the scent at Douglas, and yeah it was THE.

It is a heavy scent, like all of Hermes, but one that is very successful, very powerful and dominant. It is a great compliment-getter whether female or male

For the summer I find it a little difficult but if you pay attention to the dosage, it can be very sexy. I find it even better than the Eau Intense...
