“Cockatiel” – Zoologist Adopts Formula of “Powder and Dust”

Under the name "Cockatiel", the Canadian perfume manufacturer Zoologist, renowned for its extravagance, releases the woody-floral creation once developed by Sven Pritzkoleit and produced under his own label SP Parfums.

Pritzkoleit thus bequeaths to Zoologist a cheeky, cheerful and lively fragrance, reminiscent of the Australian spring awakening in the garb of blossoming yellow acacias. Zoologist now interprets the formula of "Powder and Dust" under the image of the perky cockatiel. Top notes of champagne, raspberry and tart rhubarb suggest a hint of the feathered beast's scarf, followed by strong powdery notes, mimosa and cashmeran in the heart of the fragrance. Finally, a soft, sweet base of musk, vanilla, guaiac wood and patchouli envelops the nose like the downy feathers envelop the delicate body of the bird.

Zoologist wants to give a part back to the environment for the inspiration it finds in the animal kingdom and is committed to species and nature conservation. This also includes the renunciation of animal ingredients. As a result, all animal extracts used in the fragrances come from synthetic sources. However, as with the "Cockatiel" fragrance, it is primarily the selected woods and flowers that create the distinctive aromas beyond the mainstream.

The perfume is available in 10 ml and 60 ml bottles.
