“Crystal Saffron” - New Creation of the Label Matière Première by Aurélien Guichard

Master perfumer Aurélien Guichard, the nose behind the label Matière Première presents his latest fragrance, "Crystal Saffron", based on one of the highest quality saffron oils.

The saffron oil used for the fragrance comes from the Kozani region of Greece and is said to be a comprehensive snapshot of this precious spice. Habanolide® (a synthetic musk fragrance) enhances the soft shimmer of saffron to make it shine full of brightness.

Somali incense creates a smoky-woody resinousness that resonates dark undertone. Ambroxan adds a spicy, peppery aura to the entire composition that feels like leather or wood.

Guichard initially worked for "Givaudan" for several years. However, he did not like the mass production of fragrances because, in his opinion, the quality suffers. Therefore, in 2019, he founded his own label, which he christened "Matière Première" (English: raw material).

The perfume is available in a bottle size of 100 ml.
