New Perfume Series by L’Artisan Parfumeur Inspired by Vegetables

The latest stroke of genius from "L'Artisan Parfumeur" is the "Le Potager" collection, which consists of a total of five fragrances. The brand again stayed true to its concept of the extraordinary, because "Le Potager" is based entirely on various types of vegetables.

The new range includes the fragrances CÉDRAT CÉRUSE (fennel, lemon, pepper), VÉTIVER ECARLATE (grapefruit, tomato, vetiver), IRIS DE GRIS (blood orange, iris, pea) and MUSC AMARANTE (beetroot, musk, bergamot). These four fragrances were created by perfumer Quentin Bisch. The fifth new fragrance in the collection, "Le Potager", was created by Alexandra Carlin, named TONKA BLANC and is based on cauliflower, mandarin and tonka bean.

With the "Le Potager" collection, the French label has established a completely new division of fragrance creation. In addition to the ingredients of the new "Le Potager" collection, the label also uses asparagus, artichoke, onion and leek, among others. According to its own statements, "L'Artisan Parfumeur" has thus created an "olfactory canvas to tell the story of the perfumer's vegetable garden."

Just as unusual as the aromas of the "Vegetable Collection" is the origin of the raw materials. For example, the company has been upcycling by-products created during food production since 2020.

Users and lovers of the brand therefore have a particularly green carbon footprint with "Le Potager".

The French label "L'Artisan Parfumeur" was founded in 1976 by Jean Laporte, who initially specialized in scented candles and room fragrances. The perfume division was only gradually built up, whereby the label has always focused on unusual aromas.
