If signature scent then this one!!!
Narciso by Narciso Rodriguez I've already tested a few years ago, but found him not really great, so checked off. A few weeks ago I gave him but again a chance. Luckily because today he came to me by mail :)

The beginning is really not so heady. Very soapy pungent. After a few minutes, it feels like I'm actually smelling a Nivea can. But if you give it some time to develop, it becomes the most beautiful cream scent I have ever smelled!

I'm usually not the biggest fan of cream scents, as too boring etc. And I also do not like to smell like grad freshly smeared.

Narciso is but different! At least on my skin. After the Nivea note has evaporated, it also develops a slight powderiness, (but completely different from the Poudree) which is delicate and soft! Not stuffy or stale. Also no baby powder like vllt. with the L'Instant Magic. I can't describe it. But that is perhaps exactly why it remains so feminine and even somewhat elegant despite cream and powder, because that is exactly what makes it so beautiful for me!

My mom is not a fan of creamy, powdery fragrances at all, but when I held my wrist with Narciso under her nose, came only an astonished wow and the question, what I have there for a beautiful fragrance on it :)

I think everyone has in his collection so his favorites and many probably also their signature fragrance, which I never really wanted to have, because I can never decide and prefer to have variety.

But if I had to choose one, it would be this one!

Addendum, 13.12.2021:

As much as I like him, but to the signature has then not enough :D

You and I alone, until dawn....
It was 4 years ago. I saw you, tested you. Found you quite ok, not bad, somehow Christmassy ... Quickly you were forgotten again.

Two weeks ago. After a long time times again in the big Douglas on the Zeil. There was so much to test, but a Tom Ford I did not think. While I held Bal d'Afrique under my nose, He stood in front of the Fords and asked me to spray you on.
Noir Pour Femme? Why I know but.. Well on the wrist and off to the Spaniard.

In thoughts already joyfully with the Tapas I smelled besides at my arm. Stop... how... that can be but net?!... After I smelled to the control again on the left arm and Kirke immediately recognized it was clear to me.... That was you!
You got me, with all your facets!

Christmas? What do I care about my gossip of yesteryear! No you're too dirty to be Christmasy!
You start off with a gush of Orient and whack me around the ears with the spicy ginger. Before I can even think about the fact that I don't like ginger, you get nice and spicy and warm. Yes the warmth I can feel! You just get the hang of it before you get too sweet and become slightly tart, but not too much. Because before you become too masculine, comes the woody-vanilla base, which makes me no longer stop to smell you.

Seductive, sexy, heavy, mysterious, confident. But also sensual, warming and cuddly.
You are everything but boring!

You and me alone, until dawn...Ok?

Tonka Impériale vs. Fève Délicieuse
Incentive

Fève Délicieuse has been in my possession for a while now. However, I've always found Guerlain's L'Art et la Matière interesting. Especially when Cuir Beluga joined my collection and Spiritueuse Double Vanille came under my nose, I was hooked.

Tonka Impériale I wanted to have then also absolutely, read however often that he Fève Délicieuse would be so extremely similar. Unfortunately, I then never had the opportunity in Corona times to test somewhere. So thing checked off... But so really he has not let me go of course, so's not with me :D

For those who don't feel like reading to the end: For ME, are TI and FD despite sticking out tonka bean no fragrance twins. So who -like me at first- has concerns that they could smell the same: No, they don't! For that, I didn't even have to spray FD on myself for comparison during the first test of TI. What I did, however, for accurate analysis.

Tonka Impériale

TI comes directly with a sweet marzipan note, but becomes spicier after a few minutes by the rosemary. Directly rausriechen I can not, however. Is me also right so. The sweetness of the beginning then withdraws after a few minutes. The light marzipan note remains on my skin until the end. Tobacco I do not smell out directly.

To all those who are afraid of tobacco notes: Tobacco as a fragrance note does not always have to smell like cigarettes / cigarillo -as in Amouage's Sunshine Woman- (sorry but I found that too much...) Sometimes tobacco just supports the spice or even makes it a little sensual as here with incense. TI doesn't go through a great evolution on my skin. To me, Tonka Impériale doesn't smell Christmasy despite the sweetness and woody notes. However, definitely a scent for the colder days compared to FD, which can be worn in slightly warmer temperatures. As for the longevity and sillage, I must say that for the price, it did disappoint me a bit. The shelf life is about 6-7 hours and the fragrance does not have an extremely good sillage either. After about 1-2 hours I have to hold my wrist to my nose to smell it better. I have the same problem with Cuir Beluga. The holds however still worse at me ;(
Unisex? Definitely. 50:50!

Fève Délicieuse

Already when spraying on the wrist I notice the difference. FD starts balsamic powdery. The balsamic has what of a nice spicy body oil. It stays that way for a while until a slight lipstick note emerges and the scent becomes slightly sweet-chocolatey (but only very subtly). Gourmand sweet? On my skin, no. If I had to describe it, it would be more spicy-powdery with a hint of sweetness. As far as longevity goes, this one is way ahead. It lasts the whole working day on my skin. I find the sillage to be pleasant. Not too extreme, but also not too weak. Find for the price you should also expect a certain presence. Is indeed a ladies fragrance but could also be worn well by men. If I had to determine now, I would say but rather feminine.

@!Conclusion*

Tonka Impériale and Fève Délicieuse are for me two beautiful fragrances that go in a similar direction, but do not smell the same. Who is considering a purchase of both, but I would still advise to test both, not to mention that blind purchases in the price segment can already hurt a lot if they do not like.

This was not meant to be a professional analysis, because I'm not an expert on that.
This review should simply be helpful for people who, like me, are interested in both fragrances and would like to know in advance which because rather fit or whether it's maybe both :)

Sheep scent? What a crock of...
i thought until recently.

Yes I confess, I actually think nothing of it. Something like that bothers me. I don't really want to smell anything at night, except for fresh or "odorless" bedding. I don't know, it's just the way it is...

Two days ago I discovered an old sample, what I got at that time from a dear Parfuma to it. Namely, the beautiful Eau des Missions by Le Couvent.
I sprayed it out of interest once in the air and was blown away. Honestly. My goodness is this a beautiful vanilla.... So warm and soft. Simply heavenly..

Well anyway, I got my second shot yesterday. This time in the left arm, instead of the right like the first. I'm left-handed, but I do everything with my right hand - except writing - so the first vaccination was pretty stupid. But there is always a catch... The best place for me to fall asleep is on my left side...'. You should be happy that only your arm hurts, instead of worse side effects, but well, hours passed without sleep, because the side just hurt so much and I just couldn't fall asleep on the right, on my back and on my stomach.... Out of nowhere I got up and sprayed Eau des Missions on my wrist and laid back down.... Why? I don't know, but it relaxed me.

The vanilla smells so natural to me. I have so far experienced with no other vanilla fragrance.
A pleasant sweetness, with light herbal impact invites you to relax. From leather I do not really get what with. But would not have been bad.

My goodness is that a beautiful vanilla. What a pity that is no longer produced, because the really could have been MY to bed-go fragrance ...

Honey, you smell like toothpaste...
Joa that I could listen to the day before yesterday from my friend. Who of us does not want to hear that you smell like toothpaste and chewing gum? Yes, yes who is responsible for that again? Well, our dear Tuberose of course ;)

I must say, however, that I was almost a little proud of him that he has smelled out haha, because he otherwise has no idea how a perfume smells exactly. I can only ever listen to me that I smell good or just not ...

When I bought Rouge Malachite a few months ago, I was also one of those who smelled something alien out. Although only a little bit but it was there... In defense, I have to say that Alien consists almost only of jasmine sambac and cashmere wood. But now after a few months I don't smell it so strongly anymore. Now RM has something of its own for me. Funny or?

I wear him since spring at least once a week and when I spray him makes me happy and no longer thoughtful as before, where I have all the time only head made whether I smell there now alien or not. I have to say that I used to own Alien and really loved it. At some point, he then just wore all and especially overdosed, so that he went to me at some point on the biscuit and I never wanted to smell him again..

So enough about Alien, now I'll move on to Rouge Malachite! I have to honestly admit that I don't really smell any of the given notes -except for tuberose and jasmine-. I would have found the sage at the beginning really interesting, but good. I just like RM in its entirety. It even smells slightly creamy to me. I really like that in combination with the sweetness of the whiteflower. It gets a little sweeter towards the end than it did at the beginning, but otherwise it doesn't go through much of a change on my skin.

Conclusion:
If you're a fan of Alien and have no problem with white bloomers in general, you should definitely give Rouge Malachite a try. And who is not a fan of Alien, too! ;)
