Sauvage in perfection
Wow. The Sauvage Elixir goes full on the 12! I like Dior fragrances by far the most and especially the Sauvage series with all its flankers has done it to me strongly. The Eau de Toilette is the strong, already slightly worn classic since long arrived in the mainstream. The Eau de Parfum and Parfum are also classy scents and definitely have their raison d'être with their creamy addition and light spicy notes. The Very Cool Spray was for me personally the best Sauvage variant (even a tad fresher and more citrusy due to the bergamot and the extraordinary, cooling spray). Until now!

Because the Sauvage Elixir is the most masculine, mature and multi-layered variant. The fragrance pyramid is insane and simply exciting. Other than noted above in the fragrance notes, I smell a marginally different order: the top note is brutally spicy and fresh. I smell licorice, cinnamon, cardamom, patchouli and nutmeg. And all very high quality and intense. The grapefruit as well as the typical Sauvage DNA I smell out rather subliminally. The top note you have to like, endure and also the world around you must first process that. However, the scent develops after a few minutes into an experience enriched with even more fragrances: high-quality lavender and vetiver are added. The scent becomes a bit more woody and over time the Sauvage typical ambroxan comes through more, though never too overbearing or boring. You don't get the impression that you have the classic and hackneyed Sauvage on it again. For this, the fragrance is much too unique and complex.

Fragrance Dawq has said on Youtube that Dior dares with the fragrance times what. I agree with that. The fragrance is perhaps for the typical sauvage customers at the age of 18-29 rather not suitable. For me (30 years old) and upwards he is mMn. super suitable. I've worn it 2x now, once at the gym where I work. I got compliments the first time, but also the tip, the whole would be too much for the area. So the second time not applied directly before starting work but 2h before and all was well. The durability is the blast, 8h he is very present. After that still perceptible. After gentle wash 30 ° one smells Sauvage Elixir still clearly too at the collar. Yes, it is relatively expensive (109€ at Douglas thanks to percentages, RRP 136€ for 60ml). But for that the sillage and the durability is very good. I suspect that the Elixir of the concentration is higher (perhaps perfume oil?) Than the Eau de Toilette and the perfume variants. I would wear the fragrance at any time of year and for almost any occasion, except immediately after spraying it on while exercising. Overall, the best fragrance in the Dior Sauvage range!

First grapefruit, later cucumber
The title really says it all. When I smelled the top note, I thought, "Dude how awesome is this?!" It's a grapefruit bomb but still has a certain tartness to it. It doesn't drift into the purely cloying at any point. Later, maritime notes come in, but they seem slightly synthetic to me, reminiscent of Nautica Voyage or Ralph Lauren Polo blue: cue cucumber. The cucumber also overpowers the grapefruit as it progresses, which I find very unfortunate. Through the synthetics, however, the fragrance has a good durability and sillage unusual for a fresh, summer fragrance.

Sillage and durability quite good, in the summer and sports of course stronger. I would like to test the fragrance times still on the cold days, which the Youtube Fragrance Dawq also recommends. Could also fit well. Overall, the fragrance is a super increase still of the Light Blue Intense For Men and well worth a purchase.

The insider tip
Encre Noire Sport is a fragrance that I had so not on the screen and that certainly not many know. Good so! Because this fragrance should please remain unique and not be to smell on every street corner!

The fragrance is so what good. Inconspicuous herbaceous at the beginning, comes a super tart freshness with time and the fragrance develops brilliantly! Initially, only the cypress, then come marine notes and especially a huge portion of vetiver. This gives the fragrance an incredible freshness and especially masculinity. That's how a man has to smell! Such fragrances can be found nowadays unfortunately far too rare.

Sillage and durability for a fresh fragrance excellent, 6-8 hours easily! I wore it the other day in one of my classes (I am among other things Rehasport exercise instructor) and get some compliments. You wouldn't expect that from this type of fragrance, but it seems to go down very well with the ladies. Probably because he smells just really masculine and not after powdered sugar Fairy Land. Price / performance top because of the charisma and durability. You can wear this fragrance for any occasion, especially sports and office. Season also no matter, currently in the fall he comes super, but also in the summer he just works and projects even more. An absolute highlight in my collection and an insider tip (??)

The Italian primitive
One of the first fragrances. Yet timeless. Fantastic. This fragrance is the epitome of a freshly shaven old school man (I'm only 30 myself). I still find it very valuable and unique especially for the younger generations. This fragrance is for every man from 20-80 a win!

Opening citrus, fresh, tart. In my opinion, the bergamot clearly dominates. In the further course AdP becomes even more tart, of the above fragrance notes, however, I smell only sandalwood and patchouli out. They give AdP its power. As fantastic as the opening and middle is, the scent also flattens out quickly. Sure, it's a colonia and the fragrance concentration is obviously low. Still, for the money the company now charges, you can expect a bit more durability. But so it is even with fresh fragrances.

I would describe the fragrance as fresh, tart, citrusy, somehow also herbaceous and recommend to anyone who wants to smell freshly shaved. Office, leisure, sports, after showering are suitable occasions. Season warm, preferably summer. But can also score on warmer days in autumn and spring! Sillage initially ok, quickly only skin tight. The shelf life is also 2-3h with me. This fragrance I would still absolutely not miss, it is wonderful. Also highly recommended is the powder soap from AdP! ?

A touch of classic
The Boss bottled is a classic since the 90s. In the top note opens a very fruity bouquet! Apple, plum, citrus. Where you hardly notice the citrus. Relatively quickly, cinnamon and vanilla take over, so it gets spicy. The base note at the end goes slightly in the woody direction, you smell cedar, sandalwood. Overall, it must be said that this is rightly a classic, because it actually combines everything: sweetness, freshness, spice, woodiness.

The fragrance is an all-rounder. Suitable occasions are therefore from sports, everyday life, office over disco and dinner all. Sillage the first 2 hours neat, then it flattens typically for an EdT. Also the durability is not above average but only decent. Longer than a purely fresh, aquatic or citrus scent and shorter than a sweet, heavy scent ala Spicebomb. Price / performance top, because versatile and mostly pretty cheap
