~ Discreet Gentleman ~
~ I admit it was the elegant sapphire blue bottle that drew my attention to this Gentleman. This is the quintessential safe-scent with it's pleasant mandarin citrus sillage a dash of detectable spice from the cumin and a faint musky dry down. For the modest price if you are conservative on the trigger and discreet in personality this will be a perfect addition on your shelf. If you are loyal to Eau Sauvage and Pour Monsieur this tasteful bottle will compliment those classics nicely.
Kind Regards, Plat ~

~ Subtle Rose ~
~ Evidence is the soft spoken cousin of Cartier. He moves gently through his life greeting the day with subtle citrus, cedar and cypress. Never shouting or synthetic the geranium and rose here blooms out very restrained staying close to the skin. It has an ethereal sillage that others will detect and appreciate in it's natural composition. Over all I enjoy it for when wearing a less intrusive scent is needed.
Kind Regards, Plat ~

~ Sweet & Spicy Gentleman ~
~ A sweet and spicy gentleman is how she'll perceive you as she pulls your warm sillage in close. This is a great unknown and I hope it remains there! The citrus and spice opening just reaches out and instantly makes you straighten up, adjust your tie and walk with a quiet confidence! You literally bask in it's amber and woods with just a hint of lavender in Fath's charming drydown! Throughout it's scent life there persists just the perfect amount of sweetness wafting without being overly cloying. There are so many praise worthy adjectives that you could attach to this quiet masterpiece as it really is just that good! This is a big thumbs-up endorsement so if you're reading and researching just discover this one for yourself and write your own flattering review (or just keep it to yourself) you won't be disappointed!
Kind Regards, Plat ~
Overall - For the Scent and Longevity alone this is worth a bottle costing three times as much!

~ Smooth Operator ~
This "Casanova" is a smooth operator in a powdery velvet coat of purple lavender. As Giacomo himself would have said, "Be the flame not the moth." And in the sophisticated sillage of this HdP masterpiece that is the image you will give. After the initial greeting of the sweet talking citrus and anise this quickly moves into a lovers flowery poetry of liquorice and lavender. The almond and amber in the base are sweet but subtle seducing the nose the longer they lingers in your company. 1725 is a scent that is so familiar almost gourmand'ish in it's vanilla but a true classic fougere. The notes fall into place as they should clearly detectable and leave the wearer and those around him desiring more. You can expect a respectable longevity and a discreet personal sillage from this elegant charmer.
Kind Regards, Plat ~
Smell Alike - Think a modern smoother Rive Gauche.
